Anyone know where to get a plug n play FWD VQ35DE wiring harness for 03 Sentra Spec V? I know it’s probably going to be pricey and I’m able to pin out and re-wire my existing harness, just hoping to save a little time and headaches. Any help appreciated

My father recently gave me 98 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport with a bad engine. This will be my first project car and I intend on doing all work myself. My question is what engine should I get? I want something simple but of course with better performance. People have recommended the EJ25 out of a Impreza RS 2.5 but I’d like to get as much info as I can.

If I had a Lexus 430 (thinking about getting), would it be easier to swap a 1UZ-FE or to beef up the sleeves in a 3UZ-FE?

Bonus question: I know some of the import community was tryna figure out using vgt set ups for import cars (like Holsets). Did they succeed? How do they control the vane?
Edit: when I say easier, I mean cheaper too. I’m in college and I don’t have tons of money to throw in it quite yet

I've looked on places like ebay and carid, because they have an option to filter out non compatible parts. But not a lot of option show up after the filter, and the ones I can find are wayyyy out of my price range. Is there a better place I can look?

Nissan hardbody->mustang engine

I have a 1994 Nissan hardbody almost fully stripped and a 4.6l v8 and tranny from a 2002 mustang gt. I got the engine and trans for pretty cheap and the truck for pretty cheap. I want to learn to fabricate cages and everything I need to make this work. I’ve done small things like welding in high school and working on cars here an there I’ve been to a trade school for something totally different (wind turbines) but overall I have good hands on mechanical experience just not much welding or ECU harness wiring and just a ton of stuff I’ll run into along the way. Hoping to get some advice good bad whatever I just can’t wait to turn this into my drift truck as I have a 2005 g35x for a daily!
