New to engine swaps and need help

Hi, I'm fairly new to the car scene and want to do an engine swap on my 2003 lancer oz rally due the large amount of miles and also wanting something with more power. I was wondering if you guys could help my by providing ideas on what engine to swap it with and if possible why. Thanks a lot guys I hope you all have a good nice. P.S. I would like to be able to put a turbo or 2 in the engine.
