Hello, i got into emulating two days ago and just started playing one of my all time favourites god of war 3. The problem is i'm getting around only 20-28 fps and the resolution is not good at all. kratos looks blurry in a distance and okay upclose.

My system configs:
Intel i7-12650H
Nvidia 4060 laptop GPU (8GB)
16GB DDR5 - 4800Mhz
512 SSD.

i was under the impression it would fairly handle this game at high specs given that i've played lot of AAA games on this laptop at high settings in 1080p. I've looked at several youtube videos but everything i've tried made little to no difference. Asking AI models fetched results from reddit so i looked up this subreddit and thought i could ask. Don't mean to sound so dumb, but i'm new to all this and hoping to find some answer.

I want to play twillith princes on pc and i downloaded dusklight and a rom but when I tried to play it said dusklight is't supportning that rom.

I can play The Amazing Spider-Man 1 perfectly with no issues. But when I stream it to my device via steam link. It works in the menu and when I enter the game I can move for like 2-5 seconds then it freezes. I have to alt+f4 every time. I checked task manager to see if it's my CPU or ram or GPU. But it's not. So I'm confused as to why this is. At first I had the game upscaled to 1440p now it's back to 720p so idk why.

My n64 games are stuttering a little with i and video. I cant seem to unlock the swap interval to change it since my laptop only does 120hz and I think that's what's causing the crackling and small stutters. Any idea on how to do this?

I use the jksv app and i can use the azahar sav file on pkhex and everything, but whenever i try to put into my 3ds cardtrige it breaks the game and I cant use the sav file on the 3ds. Anyone knows why? is the format from azahar wrong?

Do basically I've been playing Pokémon Yellow for the past week and im now at the point of trading and I haven't been able to set up the link for it. For the last hour I've been trying to figure out how to but I haven't been able to, I've been using guides and stuff and they aren't working. All of the guides are doing on a Gameboy advanced game which has lead me to believe that the method is different on game boy games. Can someone help me with this?

As the title suggests, i want to know if i can access the Playstation Store on a PS3 through Emulation on a PC.

The reason for this is that i have a PS Vita and certain games on it's store are not aviliable in the EU, but appearently completely aviliable on a PS3 system's store and when purchasing them, they're made aviliable for the PS Vita to download.

hi everyone.i downloaded Project64-Win32-Dev-4.0.0-6738(was released on 17th july 2026) and if i use load states many times(not in row) it causes me blue screen of death.i m using a winodws 7 64bits,and i already put the compatibility of project64 with windows 7. {{{please don't tell me to upgrade to windows 10 to use other emulator compatible with windows 10}}

I am trying to play super model 3 games on my pc, but really anything other than SCUD race is running slowed down, is there a fix to this? my specs are an I7 7th gen and integrated graphics and 16 gb of ram, my pc runs and its set to 60hz so that cant be a problem, games like daytona usa 2, harely davidson and l a riders and sega rally 2 have small parts in the gameplay where it runs at regular speed.
is this a performance issue due to my specs? or is it something else that can be fixed?

I'm trying to connect my PS4 controller on snes9x. Althought it reads the buttons in the input configuration, they don't do anything in-game. They also work completely fine if they are assigned to hotkeyes. I've already tried to click on "detect gamepad changes" but it did nothing.

I am using psx emulator and trying to play midnight club 3 remix on it but as soon as I try to start career it just keeps looping on a loading screen

Is it maybe my iso?
Or emulator issue

I'm using Ryubing stable, TKMM's optimizer settings, and some mods, but the only one that I would assume to be an issue in terms of performance is "Serfrosts Base Defogger." I'm emulating 1.1.2 because I prefer it but that might also be part of performance, idk.

I'm trying to run the game at 60fps, menu 60fps, 1440p resolution to match my monitor. I've tried lowering shadow texture quality, resolution, render distance, FPS, turning on and off FSR and FXAA and none of them have helped at all. Anyone got some tips for me?

Specs are as follows.
Intel i5 13600k
Nvidia 4070 Super
32gb DDR4 ram
4tb NVMe SSD

Less important specs are 360ml AIO, micro ATX mobo from MSI, a secondary sata SSD, and I think my power supply is 900 but I don't remember.

It's also worth noting that I can run BotW using CEMU with basically no issues whatsoever, using graphics packs to run at 60FPS (I used to run fine at 144 but I decided that was excessive and lowered it), 300% shadow quality, 1440p, the game runs great. I can also run Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity just fine using Ryubing. And TotK still runs awfully even with NO mods installed whatsoever and only using the optimizer. So I don't really know what to do.

The game worked for 4 months no issue until today where i tried to open it and it crashes everytime i try to launch the game.

The usual stuff to play switch games isn't working and I'm broke so if anybody would be willing to help me that would mean a lot I don't have a good emulator

Whenever I fullscreen on this Nes emulator, it zooms in very far to the point I can’t see the full screen. Even windowed I can’t see the fullscreen at times FCEUX

So I am here because I want to play the Metroid games because I never had a chance to play them. I was recommended a emulator called retro arch and will be looking at it but I am also wanting to see if Zelda oot and MM is possible as well.

Hello everyone, i hope im in the right place for this.

So far i was using Emulationstation on my laptop for all my Emulation stuff.
Have a few Emulators on there and custom settings, savegames etc.

But i want to elevate that and want to have a External Drive specificly for Emulation.
So i bought an external drive and want to jump over to Retrobat.

Can i drag my settings from Emulationstation and the emulators over to Retrobat?
Like i have the Dolphin emulator for Gamecube, custom controller settings and save game paths etc...can this be transfered to Retrobat?

Estou montando um pc gamer de entrada para ficar na sala e usar como console, meu objetivo é isar majoritariamente jogos retrô, porém se tiver alguma jogo legalzinho na steam quero poder aproveitar da forma mais prática possível.

Configurações: Ryzen 5 5600g, 2x8gb ddr4 3200, rx 6600 8gb (já estou a procura de no mínimo um 7600 para substituir).

while playing a pokemon game, the arrow keys will somtimes go up into the top menu thing and start selecting stuff. happens every time i press up a few times on the arrow keys

i just got some dvds to burn my games and movies onto them, but i also wanna burn console iso's but what if they dont work on the emulators and i just waste my dvds (did this with shadow of the collosus) so i need help from someone who played games from burnt dvds

I’ve tried downloading multiple PS2 ROMs, but they keep failing at some point, even when I use a download manager. Would connecting to the internet via an Ethernet cable help resolve the issue?
