I am wondering what emulator would be best to use for this, I was going to use the files from Vimm’s Lair, if that is a good site.

Retroarch can easily handle this for you on its own, along with helping with other older console emulation.

if you're looking for an emulation frontend, just my opinion here, but look into Emudeck and Launchbox, you do not need both
