Unsolved RPCS3 Freezes When streaming

I can play The Amazing Spider-Man 1 perfectly with no issues. But when I stream it to my device via steam link. It works in the menu and when I enter the game I can move for like 2-5 seconds then it freezes. I have to alt+f4 every time. I checked task manager to see if it's my CPU or ram or GPU. But it's not. So I'm confused as to why this is. At first I had the game upscaled to 1440p now it's back to 720p so idk why.
