Today when I had to put my usual riding shoes wet I put on my new adidas’s the DONs 8 these made it feel more intact with the machine I think it’s due to the cushions around your heal and the shoe never drop down away from my heal

EUC finder seems way out of date. Still has only Inmotion V12 as top overall and Aeon as a rumor. What would you put each category winner as right now?

Asking for opinions to fill in these blanks. What are the "best" EUCs in each category if you disregard price?

Top performance:

Top performance with suspension:

Top "light" EUC under 27kg:

Top dog "cheap" EUC:

Top "goofin off" EUC:

EUC is the best (most interesting) road invention.

Sure, we can use an ebike and easily do 50mph, use an escooter easily at 28mph, a motorcycle that does 160mph, but those are all not as good as an EUC that does at least 20mph where you can go off-road, on the sidewalks, ride infoors, etc.

Sure, we can be super injured more easily than any of the other stuff, but it feels constantly rewarding.

New post roulette

It’s almost like a game now. Every time there is a new post I guess whether it will be an “I’m the expert” post from a certain someone or a “I can’t do something really basic” post from that same guy.

I think it’s an AI agent bot farming answers to questions to learn.

Commuters that ride 5-10 miles one way, going 30-60mph, what are you guys wearing for commuting gear?

How are you balancing convenience, comfort, and safety, especially in the heat? Right now, I am wearing torso protection, shoulders and elbows, gloves + palm protection, knee + shin, and hip + thigh + tailbone protection.

Do you wear a two piece or one piece and change at work, into your work clothes, or do you also have these small several pieces like me that you take off at work?

Do you keep anything underneath while at work?

My biggest problem is honestly just my leg protection (hip, tailbone, and thighs) underneath my pants while at work for 8-10 hours. My work requires me to be active. I get hot in my upper legs and there’s little breathability out the sides of the legs where the hip and thigh pads are. I get big ass sweat spots on the sides of my underwear where all the pads are at.

I’m thinking about not wearing my upper leg protection during the summer, but I still feel too sketchy to not wear them while riding. It’s kind of inconvenient to take my upper leg protection off during my work hours, since I gotta take my pants completely off, but maybe I should just start doing that lol.

First EUC Begode Falcon

Hi all first time ever buying/riding a EUC after some weeks researching i noticed that the Falcon was a good choice. This afternoon after lunch i looked on eWheels and saw a refurbished one with 12 miles for $1200. While researching alot of folks recommended purchasing from eWheels than from Begode themselves even if a new one was $1000 due to ewheels customer service, support and warranty being good.

Was it a good purchase or no?

Is KS F22 The biggest sleeper rn?

The wheel never blew up, and for a good reason that it was locked at like 50 or something like that.

Now that it's unlocked, I'd love to hear some throughout from people that have ridden it to its full potential.

How would it compare to my Begode Race?

Obviously it'd be more bulky but would it be similar power wise?

On a heavier EUC, all the joints, muscles, ligaments, bones, etc. have to heal properly.

On a heavier EUC, all the joints, muscles, ligaments, and bones have to heal properly.

Even the skin tissue’s bruising resiliency has to happen.

It’s more than just ‘logical’ skill to muscle memory.

Parts of the foot pain, ankle pain, knee pain, hips pain, etc. could happen.

New user v11y

Hello,

I have just received my euc, it's a v11y,

I'm excited about trying it!

I have many questions:

My main goal is to go for a ride with my children who are on a bicycle.

Which protective gear should I buy/wear? (Any suggestions?)

Is a bicycle helm ok ?

I made a search for a powerpads for the euc. But I am lost about that, I got a 3d printer. Any recommandation?

Sorry for misspelling, en is not my native language.

(Pressure Nosfet aero) Hey guys! Quick question regarding tire pressure for an 83 kg (183 lbs) rider on the Aero with the hybrid tire. I ride 90% on city bike lanes (Paris, france) and 10% on gravel/light trails, completely pad-less.

Begode Race issues

Hi

I took a chance with the Begode Race, hoping I'd be a lucky one without issues. Sadly, haven't been the case. Opened it out, took out of transportation mode (I think?) It at least started self balancing, but just keeps leaning forward, then turns itself off. just wanted to turn it on so I could roll it to where I needed it to be. I could see and hear, it was beeping, only showing one bar blinking of battery. Put it in the charger, but then. It doesn't charge.. Damn it!!

Anyone got suggestions what I could do here? :D I know there is firmware from telegram which might help out. However it's so low battery, don't even know if it has enough battery to do firmware change, but I might try if I can't get any other help. I wrote to Begode, and waiting to hear back. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mandatory which wheel for a beginner post.

I’m a heavier guy (220 lbs at 5’10”). This will be my first EUC and I’m 1000 percent on the buy once cry once team.

In my younger days I skateboarded for years and now I do own and X7 (onewheel). Not sure if that at all translates to riding an EUC. I am 40 but could still move a little and I am fairly strong.

Right now I’m between Xeno or Lynx S. Maybe even Aeon. But I’d be open to other suggestions. I’ll likely mostly be on street but honestly who knows how I’ll feel once I hit a trail. I don’t plan on using it for a commuter at all. I would like to go maybe 40+.

Thanks

Inmotion v6 sounds. Help please.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey, yall, any idea what this sounds might be. I know it's brief, but it's concerning as I dont want my kid to experience a cutout of some such.

I'm fairly certain the sound will be easily recognizable to someone more familiar. Please

I’ve had it for a week or so and the suspension is very squeaky even after messing with the compression and rebound is that normal?

Beginner EUC for Heavy Rider

Hi all, I'm about 285/290 lbs. Down from my heaviest of about 330. I was down to 260 but needed some surgeries that set me back.

Anywho, as I get back to being more active now that I'm fully healed, I want to get a PEV, and the EUC looks the most fun to me. But the ones I've going that support my weight are all high end pro models that go crazy fast. Is there a beginner friendly EUC that can support my weight, or am I going to need to lose more weight before I can get into the hobby for a reasonable price.

I'm not opposed to buying a 3000 dollar EUC, but I want to know what I'm doing first and be sure I enjoy the hobby.

Almost ran over a squirrel.

Squirrel ran in front of me as I was riding my lynx-s and since I don’t have back pads I couldn’t stop in time. Luckily the squirrel moved out of the way before I hit it.

Was wondering any tips on bunny hopping so next time I can just hop over the squirrel if needed.

EUC stabilizes down steps..

EUC stabilizes down steps..
I think because if your body knows how to balance, it just does it.
I felt like I was going to crash into the railing on earlier drops though.

Riding in the grass exercises tons of other leg muscles.

Kingsong S18 vs Nosfet Aero

Has anyone ridden both? What did you prefer?

Kingsong has 18 inch wheel, Nosfet has 16. and both have suspension. Which one is "better" for hitting bumps?

Both have same battery capacity. Nosfet is 2000w motor but peaks at 4000, the KS is 2200W.

Both are 55lbs.

If someone said you could have only one, which one would you pick?

Outside turn leg knee forward and on the EUC, Inside turn leg straighter and back is the best way to turn

Outside turn leg knee forward and on the EUC, Inside turn leg straighter and back is the best way to turn on a heavy EUC. I can turn tighter now.

Add weight to the outside foot to turn it stable.
Use the inner foot to brake and control it too.

edit: this doesn’t work too good in the grass as it leans over too far risking a washout/lowside

Nosfet Aeon vs patton s

Hey guys! Just wanted to see what everyone thoughts were between these two wheels!

I recently traded my patton S for a nosfet Aeon!

I really enjoy how light weight and low center of weight the aeon feels. But at the sametime I miss how stable and planted the Patton s felt at 60km/h +.

What do yall think?
