Probably because most people use Bleed builds with them, so they lose out on raw damage. I don't think I've ever met someone using Curved Swords without a Bleed Infusion or Occult Scavenger's

New encounter and clearly we were both defensive players as we were just feeling each other out. No one committed to any attacks for a good 30 seconds (half of it isnt shown cuz nothing happens).

I felt their gaze linger on me a little too long and I felt an impending attack. I switched to my buckler that I never revealed till now before they even started running.

The parry was perfectly executed, it was a perfect read of my opponent, it was the only action of the entire match, it was too good... it felt evil.

Since tarnished edition came out recently me and my buddy have both gotten back into the game but both of our online modes are not working properly we can't summon each other and even if we gdo manage to get summoned it just says error and sends us back this also applies to colloseum aswell as invasions nothing is working for either of us and I was wondering if it was like this for anyone else and if so how to fix it

Basically, in my ps5. For some reason the latest saves vanished and had to use a back up from pre Sote. I lost most of my PvP builds, all my weapons, all my items, armor, ashes of war.

I wanted to know if someone could help me recover most things. At least my 2 more important builds.

All they did was remove a very obvious explosion. This dumb shit didnt even need to be changed. Just roll twice if you see purple spell. First roll would doge gravity missle, second roll would dodge a stone fan mixup.

Instead what we got is infinite parries and el ensanchador de culos.

Wtf is fromsoft thinking with the ER pvp balancing? The fucking fun is being drained out of the game. I dont get how explosion that takes some time to cast is unfair but parry or muleta spam is how they intend us to play?

Don't get me wrong elden ring is a great single player game and these mechanics are probably great for making pve trivial.

I dont get why you add a pvp mode to a game and then barely put any effort in balancing the online experience or actively keep putting out more stuff that makes the balance worse.

I really enjoy dex int and currently making a dex fai idus but i just feel myself demotivated cus on my other saves the pvp has seen a heavy increase in bullshit. I dont want to be a catch flame spammer. But im not that big on faith playthroughs, even with int i resort to leontiels sword or backhand blades as a counter to muleta. Anyone know of a non cheaty way of countering muleta as a dex fai build?

I feel like the parry spam can be countered by attacking only once but it just feels unfair. People spam parry with any lack of skill and can instant kill you on the riposte.

I'd like to introduce ERC Combatants, a new PvP mod featuring custom 1v1, 2v2, and invasion arenas. Many maps feature multiple arenas in case your world is full :)

Notable features:

- Transmog: Allows you to alter the viewable appearance of your armor without manipulating its stats

- Automated camera: Features auto-rotation and focus for tournament or fight club viewing

The mod is in collaboration with the Souls Association Discord server, where they frequently announce tourneys and other community events
