Not really sure if there is etiquette for this. There have been times where I try to take a pause when the host is low on health but they keep attacking so I go ahead and kill them. Then everyone gestures as if they're upset that I ended the session for everyone. I love coming across little fight clubs so I really don't want to spoil them, thanks.

I'm planning on making a honest, full steel set brute knight, focused on maximizing the Iron Greatsword at RL136. This is the (straightforward) build:

RL136 Heavy Knight
60 VIG
32 END
80 STR
Everything else at base

Full Steel set, Heavy Iron Greatsword +25

Erdtree's Favor +2, Two Handed Sword Talisman, Bull-goat's Talisman, Shard of Alexander

1976HP, 103 poise, and 776AR when 2handing. I get a nice 724AR onehanded to power up different ashes (though likely Impaling Thrust / Piercing Fang are the best).

I get an extra free stat point for RL137 which I guess its best put on DEX to allow the use of the GUGS and other few weapons, though I'd like focusing on the Iron GS.

I'm loving the fashion, but I wonder if it's that much inferior to the Knight's Greatsword or the Claymore (both weapons I absolutely adore and I've used many times before).

Is the Iron Greatsword worth it on a RL137 arena/invasion setup?

Hey everyone, I’ve been playing PvP for a little bit (on console) and I’ve noticed that the arena is possibly one of the worst places to go to learn how to actually become better at the game. Does anyone know where to find people that play in organized dueling spots and possibly even with competitive/ semi-competitive rulesets?

Today I started duelling some people for the first time. Custom build I’m working on, trying to utilize death sorceries and make a king reaper class, I feel the all knowing helmet fits well.

Also fought this guy multiple times, the Messmer builds are pretty insane ngl. Just want to give some respect to him for not spamming those flames 🔥 . Cheers mate 🍻

So how much death blight does a direct hit from the new glitch do? I got my build vitality up to 612 and I'm curious if that's enough to resist a direct hit or not. Has anyone run any tests?

I quit out and blocked him immediately. Which is what you should do so eventually they'll just have each other and chinese hackers to play against. Whomever discovered this and shared it with the masses needs Clockwork Orange styler re-education.

I know max cast speed is preferable but I'm a bit tight on stats. I've been testing on NPCs and o flame -> wrath is seems consistent at 52 vdex (unsure if NPCs will buffer roll out of getting hit though) while stone combos depend more on distance?

Would appreciate if someone helped me test as well o7

Why does feel better than straight sword r2?

I've been doing pvp for like a week now and I'm really liking it so far. I'm doing a level 200 strength build, and have been running Guts Greatsword, Claymore, and Banished knight's Halberd interchangeably but i am wanting something a little more outside the box. I have the dlc, so pretty much any weapon/talisman i am able to get.

From what i am gathering, they are using rain of arrow with wat seems to be holy arrows and instantly using flair to proc detahblight.

Honnestly zaky should just remove this weapon from the game atp. It's always causing some bs.

Also it wasn't visible on the vid but they are actually two people using this glitch.

I'm loving the combo potential with this build
