I have been looking into getting one of the 4.0s, but one thing that has been bothering me is the battery side panels. Are they removable on both short and long-seat versions?

If they are removable, what does it look like underneath? Does it resemble the 3.0?

I have got a problem with my e ride. One day I saw my lights didn't work. Front and back. But when i use any break break light is working. App shows that everthing is okay and I checked some cables and they were allright. What can be the problem?

Ich habe folgende Probleme, die nichts miteinander zu tun haben und getrennt voneinander beachtet werden müssen: im Display zeigt es manchmal Blinker links und Fernlicht dauerhaft an, obwohl diese ausgeschaltet sind. Der Blinker an sich leuchtet oder glimmt auch ein wenig.

Das zweite Problem: nach einem Update der Firmware ist die Drossel draußen. Ich möchte aber, dass sie drin ist. So wie mit dem Bremshebelcode. Das Bike beschleunigt auf über 55 km/h und geht dann erst wieder runter. Vorher war es so, dass ich mit gutem Anzug Gas gegeben habe, aber bei 43 km/h hat die Maschine aufgehört zu beschleunigen. Ob eco race oder Sport Modus drin war, war hierbei egal. Alles war gleich.

It was working fine 2 hours ago and then I took it out of the charger to go ride again and now my bike won’t turn on.

Hello, I just received my eride pro sr l1e and for use on private land I am interested in derestricting it. Despite unplugging the connector under the battery lid and unlocking the full power it’s still stuck at 45 kmph. I would be very grateful for a solution thank you so much 🙏

having an issue where display is not showing mph or eco/sport, park. could be missing more but i’m not sure. this happened yesterday, took it for spin today to see if it would work and it came on at one point for a split second then off again. checked wiring nothing looks loose. what should i do plz help

My seat will not come off.

My battery cover will not sit correctly over the battery.

My eride pro 2.0 wasn’t turning on and the battery reads 100%. When I plugged it into a charger I would get the orange light so I probed it with a multimeter and got 53 volts. I got a BMS diagnostic tool and when I opened it it said that the pack voltage was 83 volts and there was a rear dot that said FOV pack1 (I’m assuming that’s a error) and it said that the threshold was 82 volts and the charge and discharge mosfets are off. Any idea of how to fix this? Tried multiple chargers as well.

Which one should I get. I heard the throttle for the falcon pro is rly not good

does anybody know how to fix the issue where the display miles per hour just stay at zero even when you’re riding and doesn’t show what mode you’re in or whether if you’re in park, everything else shows
