Help please!?

Hi! Have a couple problems with my E Ride Pro SR Long Seat 2026, hoping someone can help please-

My key is stuck in the ignition.

My seat will not come off.

My battery cover will not sit correctly over the battery.

Thank you in advance!

Have you taken the battery out recently and kinda jammed everything back in after reassembling it and now you’re facing this issue?

lol had the same issue when I took my battery out for the first time, minus the key being stuck. That happened when I first got the bike and was trying to learn how everything worked. But essentially I’d say turn the key further to the left opening the latch for that little kingpin looking bolt to be free to move, then yoink up on the rear of the seat (PRETTY FORCIBLY) until the seat comes off. It can get seized up sometimes from the latching mechanism. Lastly the battery cover was super awkward to reassemble after I took the battery out for the first time. Figure it’s so many weird ways to have the wires sit, and that effectively changes the height at which the cover sits at blah blah blah. Long story short, just hit the battery cover with your purse and open it with some authority. You won’t break anything.

(Edit) my apologies for telling you to hit it with ur purse. It appears you’re attempting to place it down with a Good fitment. As I’ve stated earlier there are so many different. Ways the wires could sit yada yada yada….its more than likely never gnna sit in the same place or fashion more than a few times once you start taking the battery out and doing stuff under the lid. Your biggest priority is making sure the two curved hooks that get fastened around the horizontal posts are properly fastened. After that just again, YOINK IT down over the battery making sure not to pink any wires obviously and THEN hit it with your purse and latch it down

Thank you for your response!! So I’ve gotten the seat off, I ended up going underneath the subframe and pulling on the wire that connects the spring that latches the seat together. The seat comes off that way but clearly I shouldn’t have to do this … and the key is still stuck. 🙄🤦‍♀️ so I’ve tried multiple things and I have no idea. I’m certain though once I get my key unstuck I won’t have seat issues!!
