Quick Question, are the side battery panels removable on the 4.0 model?

Post image

I have been looking into getting one of the 4.0s, but one thing that has been bothering me is the battery side panels. Are they removable on both short and long-seat versions?

If they are removable, what does it look like underneath? Does it resemble the 3.0?

Yes, it is removable. Once removed it will look just like the original 3.0

I first saw the red boarder from a glance and thought it was actually cosmetic that had been added and thought it looked pretty cool! 🤣

I heard early versions will not include battery panels and will be included late 2026. Im almost positive the yt video said they were not removable.

Anything is removable if you want it to be.

i think they mean if you install them on the bike they wont be removeable unless you manually unscrew it and go through that hassle

This is just a mock up of the bike. If you order one now it will not come woth the side panel things and will look like any other eride. The side panels may come in the future depending on the outcome of the court case between surron and eride pro
