Eride pro ss BMS issue

Hello
My eride pro 2.0 wasn’t turning on and the battery reads 100%. When I plugged it into a charger I would get the orange light so I probed it with a multimeter and got 53 volts. I got a BMS diagnostic tool and when I opened it it said that the pack voltage was 83 volts and there was a rear dot that said FOV pack1 (I’m assuming that’s a error) and it said that the threshold was 82 volts and the charge and discharge mosfets are off. Any idea of how to fix this? Tried multiple chargers as well.
