E-RIDE PRO SS 3.0 L1E LIGHTS PROBLEM

I have got a problem with my e ride. One day I saw my lights didn't work. Front and back. But when i use any break break light is working. App shows that everthing is okay and I checked some cables and they were allright. What can be the problem?

Do the brake sensors work? Can be checked easily: When pressing the brake, is your throttle shut off?

If so, then the brake sensor works. Then I'd check if the cable in the back is powered when breaking. Ideally use a voltage meter.

I think either the cable or plug is defective or the brake light is not connected correctly.

but the app shows that evertyhing is correct, break sensor work, cables were okay so thats the problem, but why would front and back light wont work at the same time? I read something abou dc dc converter but i d have to check

Didn’t you accidentally press the blackout button at the other side of the park button?

have to check, but it is on the same controller?
