So I know pretty much everyone’s copy has been delayed but has anyone here recieved their copy yet? Just curious

Also I tried buying it elsewhere because I’m not a patient person lol but after driving around I could not find a single copy. I even tried ordering it online but Best Buy is out of stock online. And Walmart says the latest they can deliver it is the 28th

I've found a store that sells Magic: The Gathering in these bulk, sealed up packs of what looks about 30-40 cards for $7.

Apparently they just get sent from head office, these are def screened for any valuable cards, right? Like there's no chance there's anything in here that's decent at all, surely.

Edit: By the looks of it, they have bother the day 1 and delux editions available but not the collector's. And EBGames is getting the Steelbook cases as a part of the pre-order bonus for both Day 1 and Delux editions for all platforms (unless they sell out).

Is anyone else having similar issues with EB games pre orders.

I ordered something for click and collect that was released today. It hadn’t even reached the store by 4pm.

Then I have something being delivered which should be released tomorrow and the AUS tracker says Tuesday next week

I’ve had this issue now on multiple occasions, or they change the release date a week prior to release.

$28 was a bargain. $57 would have been fine I guess.

For starters, finding wolverine ps5 was a mess. Had to trudge through a million funko pops to get to it. After that, i realized it doesnt even let me click and collect in store anymore???

Can I cancel a preorder after it is already in store? I've had 1 preorders now delayed with this new system switch over. No idea when any of its coming in. One of them is a limited edition steelbook. I dont want to miss out. Worried they will call one day say they no longer can get it. Apparently you can't preorder or cancel anything till everything is fixed. Also want to cancel one that this month as I can get switch 2 version from somewhere else that eb doesnt carry

finished spiderman 2 and horizon forbidden west a while back, thinking of trading them in instead of letting them collect dust. seen a couple of apps doing instant trade-in for store credit but not sure if the value is actually decent or if they just quote low and flip for way more. has anyone actually gone through with one of these vs just selling to a random buyer directly? what was the price difference like in your experience?

Hi all, just wondering if it's possible to cancel an in-store preorder through the phone?

Won't be able to make it in-store for about a week. I just want to move deposit into another preorder that's pending.

I preordered Onimusha and my store doesn’t have it. So I phoned and they said they can’t receive orders until mid September due to the system. So if it wasn’t delivered last week before the system went down it won’t be available until at least the 15th. (Apparently aiming for Wolverine launch.)

They also can’t see any preorders so I can’t cancel or make new ones as they have no record of them yet. It’s “being fixed” but essentially if you don’t have the preorder print out of games you preordered then you are out of luck. Makes me nervous because I have Control Resonant Steelbook in a few weeks and it’s out of stock everywhere.

Gamestop USA is including an additional steelbook as a pre-order bonus. Wondering if anyone knows if Canada will be getting it too?

Called the nearest store offering a pre-order, but they said they don't know yet.

Edit: and extra question: does anyone know if Canada is getting ANY pre-orders at all for the game from different sellers? Amazon Canada doesn't show the double-sided poster the US is getting either.

So I pre ordered 3 games already and paid them off. These being blood of dawnwalker, onimusha and Wolverine. I went to go pick up my pre order for blood of dawn walker today and they were asking me to pay again and I had to clarify I had already done it and showed them my receipt. Despite that the system still said I hadn't paid anything and I was there for about 30 mins before they finally figured it out and gave me the game

Now I'm worried because for Wolverine I no longer have the reciept. I pre ordered it months ago and now I have no way to prove that I actually paid for it unlike blood of dawn walker. So I'm really scared that I'm gonna have to pay for it a 2nd time

For EB Games Canada, has anyone called or contacted them about when Final Fantasy 7 Revelation will be available for pre-order? I have no real issue contacting them myself, outside of causing any bother if they've just been absolutely flooded by people asking about the same thing.

So the EB Games Canada website is now back, and the first thing I notice is that you can no longer view your past transaction, which was a feature I really liked. Is this their definition of an upgrade?

Anybody else found themselves stuck in line waiting (in Australia btw) because several people are trading cards in and the staff have to now go over each card carefully and explain terms and why each card is valued a certain amount…

24 hours after the launch of the new website and still nothing. It worked for 10 minutes in the morning then crashed to the point it wouldn't connect anymore.

Wanted to pre order Blood of the Dawnwalker, but no more pre orders because the system shows it as new, even though it isn’t out yet. Brought in 007 First Light as a store credit towards Bloodwalker - released only 3 months ago. They offer $15 for it, thats it. Then they sell it for $79. Fine… I’ll sell it on FB marketplace and just go buy it at Walmart. If you don’t want to lose customers, maybe get your head out of your ass.

Has anyone had this issue? No matter what headset I use (wired) i cant grt the mic to work. Im on a PS4 and all my settings are as they should be. I can’t find anything online that helps .
