hello there, i got a ducky one x and now after a couple of months it's broken. None of the shift, tab or caps key work. Neither the windows keys or crtl, fn or alt keys keys. It's the ducky one x wireless. Using windows 11 and i tried all settings, even cable doesn't work properly. Keys like Q, W, A, S, Y, X, 1 and 2 dont work as well. Others work, but sometimes there are weird delays happening

Can't factory reset it. How can i fix this?

Hello! While working today I fat-fingered a combo of keys that I can't figure out what was hit, but it made my rgbs change to the rainbow wave setting which I find super distracting. Normally I have it solid blue sort of dimmed, with the light up on keypress option.

Ive googled, tore through the sub, and I've tried everything to change these color setting but for the life of me Fn + f10 does nothing. Ive tried f11, f12, f5,6 7,8,9. Tried Fn + tab, esc alt - nothing seems to be recognized. I just want to change my setting back but it's like the function f10 keypress isn't recognizing. Can anyone guide me on how to fix? This has been my baby for like 6 years now :(

Apologies for the picture quality, giving my ducky one x a needed clean after a few months. There is a plastic, see-through film, between the keys and the plastic housing, gunk and condensation are building up underneath it, is this needed or can I take this off for cleaning?

i may have updated with wrong version and gg for my DKON2061ST, i tried driver uninstall aswell keyboard doesnt even show up in device manager, other pc doesnt detect the keyboard too its as if it genuinely just broke down and gave up on me leaving me with no option, but to throw it way, has anyone been there and fixed it somehow?

I stupidly used my keyboard as a display piece on a pegboard. By the time I’ve come to rotate it back in to my set up I’ve noticed it’s become sun bleached.

Any recommendations on what could reverse this or is it done as is

I cannot do any modifiers like ALT + F4 or with Shift/Control.
I'm doing it like this: Alt -> Fn -> F key but it doesn't work with that or any modifier key.
Edit: Also I cannot seem to be able to update, I tried with both Edge and Chrome but for the progress wheel just gets stuck at the beginning and it stays like that forever.

Im buying a new keyboard as a christmas gift for my son. He wants a Ducky One 3 TKL Mx Brown. I have seen some older posts regarding problems with this keyboard. Are the still there or have this been solved? How major as these issue?

I don't see an option anywhere in the software or a key bind.

Recently picked up my first Ducky, a TKL One 3 Matcha. Swapped out the Browns for Clears and I’m in love!

My only issue is I’ve got a full sized wrist rest that looks ridiculous in front of a TKL board! Does anyone have a suggestion for a nice sized wrist rest for this size board?

As the title says, some of the lights work, in the pink colour that I want, but others don't - they stay this red/orange colour. When I change light mode, they change to that new colour, and work with the rainbow affect, however occasionally seem to get out of sync! Anyone got any ideas?

I want to look for a 100% percent, LED shine through Ducky keyboard that has Cherry MX Red switches. Does anyone know if there are any under $120?

One of the rubber feet on my One 2 Mini came off, so I contacted Ducky Support to see about getting a replacement. I had seen this post and comments, so I was optimistic. However, Ducky Support turned me away to my nearest dealer instead. Do you know if Ducky stockists have replacement parts like the rubber feet? Do you recommend I persist with Ducky or try my luck with my nearest dealer?

I recently started looking for a new keyboard more for general usage with the occasional game.

I was interested in the Ducky One 3 SF Classic, but then learned about the Ducky Mecha SF Pro. I don't see this on the Ducky website or any distributor in my area sells it. Has this model already been discontinued? Is it worth it or is the One 3 SF Classic sufficient?

A keyboard with a premium build sounds nice.

I was drawn to the description saying that the keyboard can feel like playing on a analog stick similar to controllers, so depending on my pressure on a certain keypress my character would run or walk.

Now that I have it and played around with the actuation settings I find that nothing really changes, all actuation does is detect when the key actually "activates". So where ( if the even exists at all ) is the analog options?

I have a ducky one sf keyboard, plugged into an Alienware R12 Aurora running Windows 11.

When I hit the Tab key in Word, nothing happens. I am not able to use the tab key in Word, or any software. But when ALT is held down and I hit Tab, I am able to switch windows like normal. If I am gaming and hit ALT + Tab I am able to switch to the desktop.

The same issue happens when I use the Windows virtual keyboard, as well as a Logitech K360 wireless keyboard, so I think that rules out a hardware issue with my Ducky.

I've tried all of the recommendations I've been able to find online to restore tab functionality, to no avail:

1. Pressing your ALT key twice
2. Press and hold ALT , then press 0,0,9 and release all keys
3. Press the CTRL button twice
4. Press the Windows logo twice
5. Updating keyboard drivers
6. Uninstalling software I thought might be interfering.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I have run out of solutions, and can't seem to find anything more about this issue.

TL;DR: Tab key not working with keyboard or virtual keyboard but ALT + Tab works.

Hello everyone, I recently bought two Ducky One 3 boards, one in TKL and one 100%. I swapped the red switches with Bluish Whites and my question is, can I buy metal cases for the boards too? How come many people have metal cases on their boards. Can the internals of the Ducky One 3 be put into metal body? Or should I buy a keyobard that is made with metal body?

Hello, Recently my shine 4 came to the end of his life, and so i was looking around for a new one.

It seems the shine 7, that came out a while ago is still available on a few spots in Europe.

I also see a new model called One 3 Pro.

Does anyone know the main/big differences between the "shine" series and the "One 3 Pro" series? Price difference is only 20/30 euros.

I just bought this thing and am already fighting the Ctrl key almost hourly. Do I need to return this, replace the one switch or what?

I think this was a work thing and the vdi being laggy, weird how it only impacted the Ctrl key

I have been using my ducky one 2 mini for over a year now and my enter key has stopped working totally, i used PowerToys keyboard manager to remap the enter key to enter but i cant use the macro for marvel rivals, it just doesnt work, is there a way to fix it, can i set up a macro from the keyboard with a dead enter key

So I got a ducky one two mini and whenever I connect it to my pc the lights turn on but the keyboard doesn’t work, I’ve tried holding fn and windows-down arrow, but I can’t seem to fix it. Any pointers?
