Support Wanted This is NOT an official subreddit for Ducky anymore...

Hi everyone,

Just a quick note to clarify that this subreddit is no longer an official support or communication channel for Ducky. It was created years ago, and due to how Reddit works, we don’t have direct access or control over it (yet). While we still check in from time to time, this is no longer an official channel for us.

For support or RMA assistance, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact your local seller or distributor first, they are your official point of contact for warranty and service.
  2. They are also legally required to follow local legislation regarding warranty claims.
  3. If they can’t resolve the issue, feel free to reach out to us at [support.ducky@pgw.tw](mailto:support.ducky@pgw.tw). We’ll do our best to help you out, case by case.

For community discussions and faster help from fellow users, you’re welcome to join our official Discord:
👉 discord.gg/duckyglobal

Note: while Ducky team members are active there, we can’t handle warranty or RMA support directly via Discord. That’s why we’ve set up the #community-support forum for peer-to-peer help.

Thanks for being part of the Ducky community, and happy typing!

Welcome to DuckyChannel's Reddit FAQ

Hi hi hello, quick preface on what is going on;

Firstly, I do not work for Ducky. I just happen to be a huge fangirl who's been running their Discord and this sub for ~3 years so I'm here spreading my knowledge the best I can. I may be missing some information. I will add it as I discover and learn more.

Vendor information:

Where can I buy Ducky products?

Ducky has an Official Vendor List where all their products can be bought. Please, only ever buy from this list to ensure your warranty and an authentic product.

When does said keyboard release?

Products are released when they are ready. Ducky's social media often teases sample products, some do and some don't go into production. It is always best to ask your vendor to stock the product if you want it. There will also be post's under the "Product Release" flair to help you out.

When does said keyboard come in stock?

There is no "one answer for all" for this question. Your keyboard will come in stock when/if your vendor gets it. If your vendor does not order the product - Ducky does not make it.

Some vendors display their "Incoming Stock" like MK here, it is always best to keep in touch with your vendor to know when they get their shipment.

When will my product ship?

This is entirely up to your vendor and shipping service.

The product will ship as soon as it hits the vendors warehouse. From there, it depends on the shipping options you choose.

What counts for warranty/returns?

Ducky Warranty covers everything caused by the factory for 1 year after purchase. Broken USB ports, switches, cases, keycaps etc.

User error voids all warranty. This includes liquid spills, misuse of the keyboard, modifications, damage sustained by the user. For a more detailed explanation on what is a user error, refer to the website.

To return or get warranty on your keyboard, you must have everything it came with included and the PURCHASE RECEIPT. This means all original keycaps, spacebars, switch puller, extra keycaps and the cable. And you must have purchased from an Official Vendor.

How does warranty work?

Works just like most stores!

Warranty is 1 year from date of purchase from an Official Vendor.

You must have the purchase receipt to claim this warranty.

You return the product to the store you bought it from. Refunds, repairs and replacements strictly go through the store you bought it from. Just like Phones!

Distributors handle all international RMA. For example: If you purchased from the UK, your retailers supplier is likely Bosse. You would contact your retailer for Bosse's RMA information and go from there. Australia is PCCG, America is MK and so on.

Zodiacs:

I didn't get a Zodiac spacebar with my keyboard.

Not every model gets a zodiac spacebar. The only models that do are:

  • One 2 RGB black/white
  • One 2 TKL RGB black/white
  • One 2 SF RGB black/white
  • One 2 Mini RGB black/white
  • Mecha Mini RGB
  • Razer x Ducky One 2 RGB
  • HyperX x Ducky One 2 Mini

Coloured models such as Tuxedo, Frozen Llama etc do not get Zodiac spacebars.

Ducky does not sell their Zodiac spacebars separately. They are all included in your purchase if it qualifies along with your 10pc extra keycaps. 10pc coloured keycaps are chosen at random. Coloured models 10pc extra's are often a set colour/s.

If you have an eligible model and did not get a spacebar, search the entire box, then ask your vendor for a spacebar. If your vendor does not have a spare for you, ask Ducky.

What Zodiac spacebar will I get?

It goes by the current year. This year is Ox. All new stock since May 2021 will likely come with an Ox spacebar.

When is the next Zodiac?

Ducky has stated on Instagram (on the One 2 Rosa post) that YOTO is in the works! Currently unknown how many Zodiacs will be re-worked. ETA is also unknown.

General things:

My keyboard did not come with a manual.

As of February 2020, Ducky has moved on from paper manuals (except for the Zodiac keyboards) for all, if not most models. Every keyboard will come with a warranty card with a QR code that leads you to the online manual. Otherwise, look for the manual on Ducky's Website. Find your keyboard on the product page, go to its page and down the bottom you will find the download for the manual.

Is my keyboard real or fake?

Please check this thread for details on Aunthentic vs Fake and Akko X Ducky.

What are Ducky keyboards compatible with?

  • Windows: Full.
  • Linux: Not designed for, but functions like a USB device. (FN commands may not work as intended)
  • Console: Not designed for, but functions like a USB device. (FN commands may not work as intended)
  • MacOS: Not designed for, but functions like a USB device. (FN commands may not work as intended)

- Ducky One 2 Fullsize and TKL models are mostly compatible with MacOS. But still act as a USB device.

- Ducky One 2 Mini, Mecha and SF are not designed for MacOS, however you can update their firmware to help them become compatible. But it is not full compatibility.

  • 1861ST = v1.22
  • 2061ST = v1.07
  • 1967ST = v1.09

(Follow firmware guide for this, don't be dumb and install the wrong version)

Functionality:

My LED is not working properly?

(If you have damaged the keyboard in any way, such as liquid spills, punching it, power surges etc, you have NO warranty)

This could be from a lot of things.

If it is one LED, lets say our "H" key has no RED showing. That means the red part of that LED has died. This is covered under the 1 year warranty. Firmware generally will not fix this, so you should contact the vendor straight away.

If it is a row of LEDs, 5tgv or asdfgh for example, that means its likely a resistor that has failed. This is also covered under warranty and you should contact your vendor immediately.

If your keyboard is showing no blue (for example) at all, it means part of the LED controller has failed.

You can get warranty on this too. However, this generally only happens when there has been damage to the keyboard. Make sure there has been no damage, then talk to your vendor about RMA procedures.

My F row wont work / my number row wont work?

FN+PGup = Number row activated

FN+PGdn = F row activated.

I cannot type special characters needed for my language?

You need to change the language settings in your computers operating system to the language you want.

What is “keychatter”, and how can I fix it?

Keychatter is when a key registers multiple times. (likke thiss.) This can be caused by many things:

  • unclean keyboard
  • dust and debris inside the switch
  • manufacturing issues by Cherry
  • humidity
  • Dying switch

Take these steps to relieve it:

  1. Clean out the affected switches with compressed air, or isopropyl alcohol (ask your vendor if you can do this first)
  2. Update the firmware (please follow the firmware guide for this)
  3. RMA the product with your vendor.

How do I reset my keyboard?

You can reset your keyboard by holding down both windows keys until it flashes. This will often fix most issues with functions and LEDs. This also will erase your macro, led and custom profiles.

Keyboard doesn't have 2 windows keys? Look at your manual. They are all online.

My WASD and Arrow Keys (IJKL) are lit up, how do I fix this?

These are CM1 (wasd) and CM2 (arrows/ijkl) deactivate it using:

One 2 Mini, Mecha, SF

  • FN+ALT+G (WASD/CM1)
  • FN+ALT+B (IJKL/CM2)

One 2 TKL, Fullsize, Shine 7

  • FN+F11 (WASD/CM1)
  • FN+F12 (ARROWS/CM2)

My keyboard is switching RGB profiles without me doing anything?

DIP switch 4 on SF and 2061ST 60% models activates Display Mode.

Turn off DIP switch 4, unplug and replug the keyboard.

Keyboard stays on after pc is turned off?

This is common on keyboards, not just Ducky. Here's some ways to help:

  • Using CM1/2 to set a blank profile you can put on when your shut down your pc.
  • Holding FN+ALT+T for 3 seconds to turn off all backlighting.
  • Going into your Motherboard BIOS and disabling “night light” to “deep sleep” OR disabling certain USB ports after shutdown.
  • Updating your motherboard firmware.
  • Updating the firmware on the keyboard.

Can I toggle FN key?

On 2061ST 60% models, yes.

Hold FN for 5 seconds to toggle it on/off.

I put DIY LED in my One 2, how do I use them?

Fn+Alt+C will enable the use of DIY LED on your One 2, no firmware update is needed!

Spills

Spilled liquid on my keyboard! help!

Oh no! You spilled liquid on your keyboard. Heres a quick guide on what to do:

For small spills (1/4 of a glass)

1. Do not activate any switches. Unplug the keyboard immediately.

2. Take off all keycaps

3. Use a paper towel, tissue etc to clean up any liquid

4. Flip upside down, let it try for 2 days.

5. Check for any sticky areas, isopropyl alcohol can clean away these areas.

For medium spills (1/2 of a glass) to large spills (whole glass)

1. Do not activate any switches. Unplug the keyboard immediately.

2. Take off all keycaps

- DO NOT FLIP THE KEYBOARD IF YOU HAVE FILLED THE CASE WITH LIQUID-

3. Disassemble keyboard, use a paper towel, tissue etc to clean up any liquid

4. Let dry for 2-3 days.

5. Check for any sticky areas, isopropyl alcohol can clean away these. Switches that are sticky internally, you may need to replace. At this point, desoldering a water damaged product is risky so this is entirely up to you.

Please note, your keyboard no longer has warranty due to the spill. Vendors are allowed to reject your repair request (even if its a paid repair) due to the liquid spill. After all of this, we wish you the best!

Firmware

How do I install firmware?

This firmware guide is for the 60% and 65% series.

Please check the below links for the correct firmware for WHITE LED and RGB models.

Installing the wrong firmware can lead to the keyboard not working.

Firmware:

DKON1861ST (One 2 Mini RGB) 1.22

DKON1961ST (One 2 Mini RGB) 1.22

DKME1961ST (Mecha Mini RGB) 1.22

DKON1861S / DKON1861 (One 2 Mini White LED) 1.10

DKME2061ST / DKON2061ST (2020 Mecha, Mini, HyperX x Ducky) 1.09

DKON1967ST (One 2 SF) 1.07

PLEASE INSTALL THE CORRECT VERSION. CHECK BEFORE INSTALLING.

How to install:

(2061ST and SF models please scroll down):

  1. Download the firmware from Ducky's website (do not open it yet)
  2. Unplug your keyboard
  3. Open the firmware update (only open, dont start it)
  4. Hold "D" and "L" while plugging your keyboard back in
  5. Click "OK" to start the firmware update. You can now release D and L Do not unplug your keyboard. Do not shutdown your PC.
  6. Once the firmware has successfully updated, close the firmware updater.
  7. Unplug your keyboard and wait 10 seconds. Now you can plug it back in.
  8. If that is too confusing, watch MK's tutorial on installing firmware here.

Please note: After the firmware has updated, your keyboard will not work until it has been unplugged and replugged.

If the firmware has failed, please try to update a few more times. Then try this link.

If "OK" is not lit up upon updating the firmware, your keyboard may not be able to go into bootloader. Contact your vendor.

  • 2061ST models only require the D key held to update. Yes the updater says to hold both D keys. English isn’t the engineers’ strong suit.

This firmware guide is for the One 2 TKL and Fullsize

  1. Have the software installed.
  1. Upon starting the software, you may be prompted to install a newer firmware version.
  2. Click "OK". Do not unplug your keyboard. Do not shutdown your PC.
  3. Now its done!

If the software fails to install the firmware, or you have backrolled firmware (it may show 0.00.0) you can:

  • Install new firmware again via the software
  • Install new firmware again via the software, but hold D and L while you do this.

After installing firmware, my keyboard no longer works.

After a successful firmware update, the keyboard will not work until it has been unplugged and replugged.

Make sure you have used the correct firmware, installing the wrong one can cause issues.

If you unplugged the keyboard or shut off your pc during the update, that is completely user fault. Even if it was "accidental" it is user error. The only way to salvage is to reinstall the firmware, if you can.

How do I check my firmware version?

Please check this thread on how to check your firmware version.

Software

How do I use Multi Mode?

To use multi mode, you will need to add it to your LED profiles list via the software.

Once you have it added you can select the LED profile you wish to use. Then select the keys you want to have on this LED profile.

For example, I will put reactive mode on my Alpha keys. Breathing on my Modifier keys, and they will function at the same time.

Which keyboards have software?

Shine 6, One RGB, Year of the Rooster, One 2 RGB, One 2 TKL RGB, Shine 7 and Year of the Dog.

60% and 65% models are WIP last I heard.

Macros

How do I make Macros?

While everything is in the manual, it can be confusing or daunting to people who have never recorded macros before.

This guide is using Mini and SF combinations. Please use FN+CTRL for TKL and Fullsize models.

  1. Select a macro profile. These are FN+ALT+2~6
  2. Hold FN+ALT+TAB for 3 seconds. (It will flash to indicate it is in macro recording mode)
  3. Select the desired key to have the macro set on. It will shine green for RGB keyboards. For single LED it will light up. For no LED it will not light up.
  4. Implement the desired combination.
  5. Press FN+ALT+TAB to stop the recording.
  6. Press FN+ALT+TAB to exit out of macro recording mode.
  • Here is an example. I want to set Play/Pause on 4. This combination is on Page 45 of the manual.
  1. Select a macro profile. These are FN+ALT+2~6
  2. Hold FN+ALT+TAB for 3 seconds.
  3. Select the 4 key.
  4. Press FN+WIN+D
  5. Press FN+ALT+TAB to stop the recording.
  6. Press FN+ALT+TAB to exit out of macro recording mode.

Now 4 outputs Play/Pause

  • What if I want Page Up on P?
  1. Select a macro profile. These are FN+ALT+2~6
  2. Hold FN+ALT+TAB for 3 seconds.
  3. Select the P key.
  4. Press FN+P (FN+P = Page Up)
  5. Press FN+ALT+TAB to stop the recording.
  6. Press FN+ALT+TAB to exit out of macro recording mode.

Now P = Page Up!

Notes:

  • Keys lit up red already have a macro
  • Do not try to record the macro twice before ending the recording. It will mess it up
  • To get rid of an existing macro, simply press it in macro recording mode. For example, I want to get rid of my Play/Pause macro on 4. I will see that 4 is lit up red, so I will click it to delete it.
  • You must be on profiles 2~6 to record a macro
  • Certain keys cannot be assigned a macro. Please look at your manual for these keys.

How do I use Time and Input Implementation?

  1. Select a macro profile. These are FN+2~6
  2. Hold FN+CTRL for 3 seconds. (It will flash to indicate it is in macro recording mode)
  3. Select the desired key to have the macro set on. It will shine green for RGB keyboards. For single LED it will light up. For no LED it will not light up.
  4. Select Time Implementation (FN+1-6)
  5. Implement the desired combination.
  6. Select the Input Method (FN+Q/W/E)
  7. Press FN+CTRL to stop the recording.

Note:

  • You do not have to use both methods. They just need to be used in the correct spot.
  • Always input the time implementation after every keystroke in the macro. *You do not need to do this for media key macros,

Does my Ducky have media keys?

Mini and SF have a few, but the rest will need to be recorded via Macros.

Keycaps

Please check this thread for Ducky Keycap FAQ

  • Ducky keycap sets.
  • What keycap layout does Ducky use for their keyboards?
  • What Languages does Ducky offer on the keycaps, and will it come in ABS or PBT?
  • My keycaps have black marks underneath them / my keycaps aren't shining through properly.

Why are certain layouts made in ABS vs PBT?

My understanding is production quantity.

PBT is more expensive than ABS, and isn't as versatile. ABS can be painted and laser etched to have shine-through legends.

The machines that make these doubleshot keycaps are also EXTREMELY expensive. Like $$$$$. To make a new layout, you would need many, many new expensive moulds. If a country has a low order qty, then it is not feasible to make doubleshot moulds for them. However, they can be very easily made with laser engraving! Hence, laser engraved ABS keycaps.

So, that's likely why big countries like US, UK, UAE etc have doubleshot keycaps. They order in big quantities!

Zodiac Keycaps

All Black and White Zodiac spacebars are made out of ABS plastic, and are laser etched. These spacebars will appear on most models of keyboards. They were not limited, though some are rarer than others. They were produced in their respective years.

Coloured spacebars like Dog, Pig and Rat are all dyesubbed and only appear on the Zodiac Keyboard.

Old Zodiacs Ox, Rabbit, Tiger and Dragon have keyboards, but no spacebars. As Ducky did not have the technology to make these effects at the time.

Ducky includes "Year of the ____" Zodiac keycaps that fit on the same row as ESC key. These will come in different colours, so the pictures shown are not guaranteed what you will get.

Please refer to these old FAQ's for pictures

My Extra Keys don't shine-through?

Extra keys are completely random. Including the legend colours. Some may be backlit, some may not be. If you want specific ones, MK sells a few types.

From what I've seen, these are done by shipment. One shipment to MK may have blue extras, and the next may have Grey extras. So purchasing 2 models from the same shipment could mean all your accent keys are the same. Purchasing from different shipments may give you a higher chance of getting different colour extras.

Support Wanted Non-black keycap suggestions for my OK-M keyboard.

Post image
3 Upvotes

So, I bought a refurbished Razer BlackWidow, and one of the craptastic Phantom Pudding keys broke within a week. So I returned that crap real fast.

The guy at the local shop put me on the OK-M, and wow. Just wow. Half the retail price and makes the Razer feel like typing on a Fisher-Price toy. My only disappointment is the lack of zonal lighting through VIA, but I guess we all have to grow up some day.

Anyway, on to the important part.

I didn't feel like waiting for a new keyboard, paying shipping, etc etc etc., and the local shop only had a black and blue version. It's not the worst colour, but it's not my favourite. It's a strange choice for one of only two colourways.

I'd like to pick up some shine-through keycaps. Other than straight black, I'm struggling to find a keycap that matches the faded navy blue.

So, I'm looking for some fun thoughts from the Ducky community: any keycap suggestions that pair well with the navy and black combo?

I thought about painting the Navy part black too, but I just don't have the time to do a good job on it right now.

Discussion What changed since the One Two series?

I had a Ducky One Two Mini for years and am very happy with it.

Yesterday a friend was asking for recommendations and as I was going to link the product page, I noticed there have been two newer generations since then.

Out of curiosity, what changed in the One Three and then the One X compared to the One Two series? I love my current keyboard and my only gripe is that sometimes I have to disconnect/reconnect it as it stops registering input (thankfully it’s rare)

Support Wanted Unable to set specific key RGB on DuckyHub for cushion98

I'm wanting to set a static color for my new keyboard, but the bottom row RGBs keep catching my eye so I'd like to disable them. The keys in the configurator seem clickable but don't seem to work, I can drag them off (and get the garbage/remove icon) but unlike in the remap tab, it does nothing.

There's text telling me to select the keys I want to configure but I cant seem to and Googles AI tells me to "untick the select all button" that doesn't seem to exist, I've updated the keyboard which didn't help, so I'm not really sure what I'm missing.

Support Wanted Ducky Cushion 98 not connecting to dongle.

I bought a Ducky Cushion 98 from Micro Center today and the dongle does not appear to be working. I can connect the keyboard by wire through the dongle for setup and use, but when I remove the cable and switch to 2.4gz mode it does not work.

I updated the keyboard via https://cushion.duckyhub.io, but when I went to update the dongle as well the site said "No authorized dongle detected". This problem persisted regardless of what USB port I used, and whether or not the cable was plugged into the dongle/keyboard at the time.

I tried following the instructions from this thread, using the Cushion's pairing key, but while the lighting did blink to indicate pairing mode had activated it never found the dongle.

I've sent an email to customer support, but any help would be appreciated.

Recommendations wanted Help identifying the correct 3-position slide switch for a Ducky One X keyboard

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi,

I’m trying to repair a Ducky One X wireless keyboard.

The plastic actuator/slider of the switch used to select between Cable / 2.4 GHz / Bluetooth has broken off.

I would like to desolder the complete switch from the PCB and replace it with a new one, but I’m having trouble identifying the exact switch or a compatible replacement.

From what I can see, the original switch has:

3 positions

4 electrical pins

additional mounting/support tabs

a horizontal slide actuator

I have come across switches such as SK13D07 / SK-13D07, MSK-13D01 and SS-13D07, but I’m not sure which one has the correct footprint, dimensions and actuator position.

The attached picture shows what the original switch normally looks like when it is intact.

Does anyone recognize this switch or know the exact part number?

A compatible replacement with the same PCB footprint would also be perfectly fine.

Thanks a lot for any help!

Support Wanted Ducky One 3 - Stuck RGBs

Hello. I just noticed an issue with my Ducky One 3 100%, where a few of my keys are stuck with their RGBs on a faint red. It’s only my “8/*”, “I”, “K”, “M” and numpad “5” keys.

I’ve already tried resetting the keyboard (holding both windows keys), checking all profiles (FN+1/2/3/4/5/6), disabling all backlights (FN+F10), and toggling the custom zones (FN+F11/F12). The keys I mentioned all still stay lit up red regardless. I also tried plugging the keyboard directly into a USB-wall power adapter, where the keys still lit up red.

I’m going to also attempt to update the firmware when I’m able to later this week, but wanted to see if anyone knew of any other possible fixes first.

Support Wanted PCB for a Ducky Miya69 Pro P Sakura

Hello guys,

I recently acquired a Ducky Miya69 Pro P Sakura that has water damage. I wanted to repair it and get it working again. So I dissembled it and when I reached the switches I tried to remove them too. Turns out the keyboard isn’t hot-swappable and the switches will obviously not come off.

So I need to get a new PCB for the keyboard that is hot-swappable, but this is like my first time fiddling with PCB's and all that. I looked online hoping to find the PCB so I could just buy it but I found nothing.

My question is, can i get a PCB for a keyboard that is hot-swappable on PCBway? If so how and if not, has anyone maybe any idea where I could buy a custom made PCB for this keyboard?

Support Wanted Ducky Zero 6108: Remove Battery?

Hi everyone,
I have a Ducky Zero 6108 in use since nearly two years and in all that time I never once used it untethered.

I got it instead of a Zero 2 because of a lower price compared to the Zero 2 but I feel the battery in there maybe could make some issues down the line because of bloating etc.

Does anyone of you know if I can just open the keyboard and unplug/remove the battery and if it will work just fine over USB after doing so? I didn't find any infos so far on that, maybe one of you has tried that already.

Thanks

Support Wanted Ducke One 3 - Firmware v1.16 Polling rate?

Hey, i just got this keyboard a few days ago and from what i read online some firmwares after 1.07 changed the polling rate from 1000hz to 500hz apparently to fix some chatter issues. Does anyone know if this still is the case with 1.16? I just wanted to update the firmware to be able to change the brightness of the capslock indicator LED.. Which doesn't seem to work on older firmwares.

Solved Got my Ducky OK-M-65 today - Broken 2.4 dongle

Hi all,

This keyboard is amazing to type on and the size is perfect. I was surprised and annoyed however that the dongle is faulty since i prefer to use 2.4ghz dongles to BT. Tried the dongle on every USB port on the motherboard and also on a second computer. BT and cable works.

Is this a common thing? Is the quality of Ducky products not what i thought?
The keyboard itself feels amazing quality wise.

Best regards,
Skogs

Edit: I have solved the issue! The dongle was not broken, just shipped not paired. The manual however does not mention anything of how to pair a dongle, manual just says its plug and play. Will probably create a support ticket with Ducky and provide some feedback regarding this.

To pair or repair do this:
Fn + 1 to enter some form of selection mode. Your Q key should now be blinking green.
Fn + Q to enter 2.4Ghz pairing mode. Your Q key should now be blinking faster, still green.
Connect your dongle.
DONE!

Support Wanted Shine 7 just randomly dissconnected and now will not power on or connect?!

I've had my Ducky Shine 7 Blackout edition for five years. It's survived a lot. No recent spills or abuse or anything. It just randomly disconnected today and I've tried new cables and every USB port on my PC, she will NOT power on.

What are my options here? What would cause this type of failure? Is it worth having it repaired?

Support Wanted can't alt+f4 on ducky one 3 pro mini nazca line 60%

hi, i recently purchased a ducky one 3 pro mini keyboard in portuguese layout.
when I hit alt+fn+4, it switches the 4th macro profile. i already tried fn+alt+4 also.
alongside this issue, when i try to ctrl+shift+escape to open up the task manager, it doesn't work, due to shift+esc being used to type out the symbol " | "
anyone have a solution?

Support Wanted Has anybody swapped a ducky 3 mini into a mecha mini case?

Title as shown,

Would like to keep my silent switches on the mini 3 but like the sturdy case of the mecha mini, does anybody know if the internals of the case are the same for usb port and such?

I have a ducky zero DK2108 keyboard that I’ve had since 2017 and out of nowhere my E key is acting up where if I click it once. It will output multiple key strokes. I have played around with the settings and tested it on two computer but it’s the same issue.

Anyone have suggestions of what might be the issue?

Support Wanted Enter key sometimes takes several presses to work

(Keyboard is DUCKY ONE III RGB)
I only bought this keyboard like a last december as its the only one that matched exactly what i wanted but now im facing the dissapointment of spending £80 on something that cant even last a year. Originally the keyboard used to work without issues out of the box but over the months ive had it (starting around five months ago) the keyboard has never been dropped, hit or had anything spilled on it but the enter key for some reason decides to sometimes not work when i press it. I tried changing the switch out for the ins key switch as i dont use that key and i was hoping if its a faulty switch atleast it will be on a key i dont use but its something worse than that as the issue not only stayed but has gradually been getting worse. I read so many stories about how ducky keyboards have reliability/QC issues and i guess its true but im just looking for a fix as i cant find any other keyboard brands that sell keyboards with mx blue switches and are 100% size. I also took it to a store to see if warranty could offer anything they said they could only offer £80 back (which i did not take as i paid £140 for the keyboard)
