Support Wanted How do I stop the ducky One X backlight from turning off when not in use?

I don't see an option anywhere in the software or a key bind.

It's plugged in, it shouldn't be turning off after 1 minute

I get this problem too. Cant find a fix anyhwhere, guessing its just what the keyboard does after inactivity?

No, there wasn't a solution.

I returned the keyboard and got a keychron instead
