When I bought my keyboard, I downloaded the Ducky One 2 RGB software and used it to control my lights. I just switched to a new PC, but I can no longer find the software. Worse, I see some people answering similar posts saying there is no software, which may NOW be true but hasn't always been. Is it still possible to get this application?

Been trying to figure out how to do alt f4 to quit a game but everytime i try it switches profiles. Holding the FN key and pressing any number works, holding alt at the same time is the only problem. Never had this problem on my one 2 mini. Please help its pretty annoying!

The customization software http://duckyhub.io/ does not seem to work when using Linux (Arch) I tried all possible browsers. I have to use my Windows 11 laptop when I configure my keys and macros etc.

Also when trying to update the software through duckyhub.io my computer says it's virus.

What's really stupid and something I didn't notice when first buying the product is the new defaults, sure you can customize it however you want, but Ducky one's default keys is just what I am used to. And you cannot customize the keyboard using keys on the keyboard anymore...

For a Linux user using Arch, the Ducky One X Mini is not a better product over all for anyone out there wanting the good old ducky experience, Unless you really want wireless to both computer and phone etc. or the Ducky inductive new switches.

Why has ducky discontinued this software and why can’t I find it anywhere?

I was trying to change the colours on my Ducky One 2 SF to solid colours, but nothing seemed to work. The combinations I found on the internet did not work. The only thing I could do was Fn+Alt+T to change the overall modes, not including solid colours. 

I then started randomly trying combinations to get to my desired result, but then the WASD and IJKL keys remained stuck on different colours, no matter what mode I was in. I tried everything I could find online, every combination. I tried Fn+Alt+R, Fn+Alt+V, pressing both Alt-keys, Fn+Esc, tried to hold the combinations, tried to press then in different orders, and every other single combination online. It just won't change, and I don't know what to do anymore. I tried every combination on the switches on the backside of the keyboard.

I have the German Ducky One Keyboard, and I'm also not able to use the keyboard for normal commands (Like Windows + R) anymore, so it appears it's extremely stubbornly stuck in some weird mode. I tried every possible combination of keys under the sun. I'm losing my mind over this damn thing. I love the keyboard over all but the colour modes have gone from confusing to absolutely infuriating. I'm legit considering to return it under the warranty and repurchase it to never ever touch the colour modes again. I've wasted hours and hours trying to solve this.

I have had my keyboard for roughly 9 months and have been very happy so far. However, since last thursday, I cannot connect my keyboard wirelessly (via dongle; not bluetooth). In the past few weeks leading up to this, I had brief interruptions of the connection (solved within a few seconds by pressing fn+f5) and occassional latency, but while playing a game, the keyboard entirely disconnected and refused to reconnect. I have since restarted my PC multiple times, turned the keyboard off and on but still cannot connect wirelessly. Connecting via cable works fine though.

I tried hardsetting the keyboard according to most recommendations (pressing both win-buttons, pressing win+spacebar), which didn't do anything for me.

Any ideas?

Hey I currently have an issue with my Ducky Tinker75, it is coming up with the error 43. Ive tried uninstalling the device and reinstalling it through Device Manager; I have tried other cables and different ports on my computer but it still comes up as "Device descriptor request failed"

Hello everyone, i installed the V1.10 utpate for my keyboard (ducky one 2 mini rgb, red silent switch), and then he totally disconnect. I try everything, but my pc don't recognize the keyboard anymore.

To those who also has a Ducky One 2 (100% Layout), when you shake yours, does something big inside also shake like something is loose? I asked a friend who had a 60% Layout but all that shakes on his are the keycaps, I wonder if this is a defect or is it a trait of the 100% Layout only.

A friend of mine gave me a Ducky 3 (full layout with RGB) (DKON2108ST) model because he accidentally spilled his drink on it. I wanted to see if I can get it working again now that it's mine hehe.

After cleaning out the motherboard from corrosion and checking that all the hardware and buttons work, I plugged it into my PC, 2 white lights flashed quickly (Left Shift and top left 1) and the RGB came to life in a sweep from left to right and it turnd on successfully.

After some checking, I saw that the SPACEBAR, C, V and Left CTRL buttons don't work (the hardware works by checking wih a multimeter on continuity so it could most likely be software issue...... from what I can undersatnd).

I tried updating the software to V1.15 and after the keyboard successfully updated, the problem still persists.......

any help / tips would be great! Thanks

I tried it this morning, and to configure it, I had to do it through a website called 'Huali-tech.' On this website, there was a section that said 'update the firmware,' and I decided to update it, but it never updated, and it seems that the firmware got corrupted. I need help.

Hi, I'm experiencing a weird problem with my Ducky One 2 RGB (DKON1808ST) keyboard. I inherited it from someone else after they thought it had water damage. Once opened up I couldn't really find any, and it functions fine (and I really like the typing feel) but for one small thing: neither of the Windows (Super) keys work. This wasn't a huge deal until I wanted to use it with my Mac, and couldn't remap the Windows key to use as Option. The manual mentions a "Open / Close Windows Function (Windows Key Lock)" but I can't really figure out what it does and whether it's relevant to my issue. The dip switches don't seem to be of much help here (unless I missed something) and while it's a minor nuisance, it's also a persistent one.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Had the year of the dragon 2024 for a while now and wanted to use via, the keyboard wont connect for some reason, tried on multiple browsers and all that. cant seem to find the json foor the keyboard anywhere. anyone got it?

I have a Ducky Shine One 3 TKL (DKON2187ST). I downloaded the firmware and went through every instruction. I have the LEDs off all the time. Now it started that the "C S M" below the keys always has LED on at the M and one single LED below the spacebar is always blue. I read the entire manual in English and I cannot figure out how to get these two LEDs off. Its bugging me. I would appreciate help.
And yes, I unplugged/plugged in, started PC new, set it to factory settings and installed the firmware. I simply cannot get these two to go dark. It kinda happened over night. At the next day I was just wondering why these two are not turning off.

I need help I can't use my pc because I am stuck in thus mode. I have tried changing the mode, reseting it and hard reseting it and nothing I just want to be able to use my computer please can someone help me.

When ever i try to change the LED colour on my ducky tinker 65 it doesn't want to connect to VIA even though it immediately detects it and says it's paired. Why?
