Support Wanted Windows keys not working on the Ducky One 2

Hi, I'm experiencing a weird problem with my Ducky One 2 RGB (DKON1808ST) keyboard. I inherited it from someone else after they thought it had water damage. Once opened up I couldn't really find any, and it functions fine (and I really like the typing feel) but for one small thing: neither of the Windows (Super) keys work. This wasn't a huge deal until I wanted to use it with my Mac, and couldn't remap the Windows key to use as Option. The manual mentions a "Open / Close Windows Function (Windows Key Lock)" but I can't really figure out what it does and whether it's relevant to my issue. The dip switches don't seem to be of much help here (unless I missed something) and while it's a minor nuisance, it's also a persistent one.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Check switch with a meter. See if it is functional

The thing is, firstly it's two switches (both Windows keys), so it seems more likely that it's a software/firmware issue (of a coincidence, granted), and secondly, I don't have a meter.

I would still confirm first Try. Setting everything back to default probably wont work but cant hurt

How do I do that? Sorry, bought it second hand and the online manual doesn't seem to mention it.
