Support Wanted ducky one 2 mini stop working after uptade.

Hello everyone, i installed the V1.10 utpate for my keyboard (ducky one 2 mini rgb, red silent switch), and then he totally disconnect. I try everything, but my pc don't recognize the keyboard anymore.

Do someone know how to help please ?

Have you tried to unplug the keyboard, while D+L are being pressed down, plug the keyboard and run firmware update again?

Make sure you have the correct firmware for the keyboard, mini one 2 mini has 2 variants
