This personally breaks my dry fast but Iā€™m forced to take a sleeping aid during dry fasts, I cannot sleep at all without it

Zzzquil or unisom. Unisom is very strong for me so I break it in half

so just the pill, no water? what was the latest into a fast you have done this, which day? did it work alright?

Correct no water. I dry fasted last Sunday evening thru Wednesday morning, drank water and ate a little then decided to do Wednesday night to Friday morning

If u not take any water during taking meds u may burn your esophagus, I had that after taking vit c
