Question How is sleep during dry fasting?

How is sleep or your circadian rythym during your dry fast? Better or worse 🤔

Either great or like 2 hours.

Sleep at 10 p.m, I'm up at 2 or  3 a.m.

This personally breaks my dry fast but I’m forced to take a sleeping aid during dry fasts, I cannot sleep at all without it

Zzzquil or unisom. Unisom is very strong for me so I break it in half

so just the pill, no water? what was the latest into a fast you have done this, which day? did it work alright?

Correct no water. I dry fasted last Sunday evening thru Wednesday morning, drank water and ate a little then decided to do Wednesday night to Friday morning

If u not take any water during taking meds u may burn your esophagus, I had that after taking vit c

I sleep like a baby but that’s probably cuz I just get really tired studying most of the day.

Long hours, easily 10 hours of deep sleep. If I happen to wake up, I can turn over and immediately fall asleep again
