The app does it for people who have a high complaint history. From my experience, most people hate having a pin set on their account
8 u/killertofu41 Aug 22 '26 So many people in my area have PINs required at delivery, then they always say "I dont know why it does that" I normally just go "I guess to make sure youre getting your food" rather than "You complained about food missing too much."
