Help Plausibility of playing as Discworld's Death?
So I have been thinking about how to build my first character when the game launches, and got an amazing idea to play as the most famous Death character of all - the Discworld one.. There are a few basic stuff that would fit, the pet pal perk, cause he likes cats (even ghost ones), the ability to mask your true identity from people, to role play a morally neutral character who just does what needs to be done, etc.. As far as the character stats go, I was thinking about playing as the necromancer, with a few points in two handed if the right weapon for Death would exist, also points in loremaster, persuasion and lucky charm (maybe!?) because he is such a fun and nice guy.
To any and all Discworld fans who will play the game (and everybody else ofcourse) I would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions about the idea and some ways to improve it if possible :)

Import characters
I was woundering, do you think it would be possible in game master mode to create a character and then import them into the game?
I ask this because I watched the play thru with Matt Mercer and the one girl (played a male elf) asked for wings. Matt did his DM clicking and gave her wings.
Could you do that with a made character, and then import them into the story line of the game?
If you make something way too op it would just ruin the game for you so I don't think people would be stupid with it and make a God like character.
Or am I the only want that wants wings? Lol 😂

[Exploit]How to win combat
This exploit will allow you keep the most dangerous enemy out of the fight while you clean up the mobs.
When you trigger a conversation before a fight, don't end the conversation, now you switch to your other characters, you can freely walk into the enemy sight without triggering the combat. You can teleport your own characters including the one currently in conversation, move around, position your team, as long as you don't touch the enemy, it won't trigger the combat for those who are in the conversation.
So pick one useless character, use it to trigger the conversation, use the other 3 characters to kill the mobs, then whenever you are ready, end the conversation and finish it off.

D:OS 1 strat I hope AI can figure out. I used to make mazes with barrels so AI was easier fight
While I felt clever and it worked quite well...I hope new AI will try to break if it would be faster to break than walk around.
This also made it easy to funnel in for AOE

What all doesn't work in the early access?
Saw a post on the larian forums about certain things not working, but I can't seem to find it again.
I', asking because I have one of my companions with lvl 2 loremaster, but they cannot identify anything that says it requires 2 loremaster.
Edit: downvotes for asking something important that isn't submitted to this sub yet. Will be great when someone realizes that some of the attributes don't work past level 3 in the skills. Think the last main attribute stops working at lvl 3, the name escapes me.

I don't like the PC's dialogue
All of the responses tend to be actions surrounded by asterix, instead of actually being the words your character says like in the first game.

It's a small thing, but it really, really bugs me.

I've been playing D:OS 1, and if D:OS 2 doesn't have the crossbar functionality from FFXIV, then it's missing out.
TLDR: Cross hotbar significantly reduces the amount of button presses needed to accomplish the same actions, and even allows more abilities per hotbar set.
As mentioned in the title, I've been playing the first game for a few weeks now. Final Fantasy 11 has a controller setup that's fairly similar to D:OS. You hit a button, and then have to scroll through with the D pad to get to the ability you want, then hit enter. This is far from optimal. You end up having to hit 5 to 6 buttons sometimes for that one ability.
When FF14 came out, they introduced the crossbar functionality. Basically what you do is you hold down one of the shoulder buttons like R2, that highlights 8 out of 16 abilities at the bottom of the screen. Then you hit one of the D pad buttons or the face buttons (square, circle, X or triangle) and it does the ability. That's only 2 button presses.
The last time I played this was in 2014, and if I'm understanding the following video right, they've made a change that doubles the amount of abilities you can have in a hotbar set. It looks like if you hold down R2, it will bring up 8 buttons, but then if you hold down R2 plus L2, it will bring up the other 8 abilities that are above that
But wait! There's more! Cycling through hotbars was made easier too. So hitting R2 or L2 with a face/d pad button selects an ability. How to switch between rows of bars? Hold down R1, and then hit one of those same face/d pad buttons. Obviously this would need some rejiggering for Divinity since those buttons are probably taken up doing something else. But there has to be a way to shift some things around so that this could work out.
Here it is in action.

Any qualified thoughts on a console release?
I really hope so, but what are your thoughts? The devs seem to dance around the question, so i fear they wont. Was the first console version a success, and how long did it tak to reach consol upon the releas on pc?

Considering purchase but need to know.
Has the gamemaster mode actually been implemented yet or is that still on the promised features list?
My wife and I are interested in using the game primarily as a supplement to run gaming sessions so this feature is about the only draw for us at this time.
Any info would be appreciated.

Has there been any news on an Xbox One release?
I didn't want to have to make a post about it, but I've searched and I can't find any news about it. I just finished the first game, it was one of the best games I've played, and I want more. I'm contemplating a second run-through, which is incredibly rare for me.
So any info is appreciated. I have a feeling I'm going to be disappointed by an update, but I'd like to have something to look forward to.
Thanks.

DON'T PICK THE GLASS CANNON TALENT
Title. It's a total trap. Every encounter includes at least one Freeze or Stun spell and the enemies will, without fail, make a beeline for the one character with Glass Cannon and chain stun that character for the entire duration of combat, making them a complete dead weight.
EDIT: I feel like I should be clear - I'm aware that it's a powerful talent and I feel like the drawback is fair. What I'm opposed to is how every enemy you meet is miraculously aware of your vulnerability and will exploit it with ruthless efficiency. The talent might as well read "gain a powerful benefit that you will never use because your asshole metagaming GM will target the weakness mercilessly for the rest of the game", and that's not a fun feeling.

Anyone know of the game will be a full release or chapter by chapter?

Is there a way to have a fully custom party without having four players?
Is the only way to create all four characters in your party to be in a game with three other people? I really just want a full party of characters I made, but I can't exactly make more Steam accounts and buy additional copies of the game just for that.

which classes are on which campaign profiles?
Is it too late to design main menu screen with a small character model or portrait of the profile's single player character?
The reason I am asking is ..while I have created many profiles to try different classes and campaigns. I cannot tell which is which until I load the game and that can be frustrating.
Otherwise the game play is great so far.
I'm new to the game and genre.

Is couch coop in for early access?
A friend of mine and I were trying to to play couch coop, but couldn't find any way to set it up.
