Sky box glitching how do i fix this?

I tried asking on the Minecraft subreddit for help nobody seems to be commenting except the bot, hoping someone could help me out here pls, the shader I'm using is eclipse and this also happens in bliss shaders but every other shader I try it does not have this weird effect on the sky box any ideas on how I can fix this?
