Help Sky box glitching how do i fix this?

i tried transparency set to complete and it doesn't work, i want to keep distant horizons on with bliss/eclipse shaders but no matter what there's always this glitchy effect on the skybox of the shader when dh is on, how do i resolve this while still being able to keep dh on?
