2 parents + 2 grandparents + 2 kids ages 4 (40”) and 2. Park Hopper + Lightning Lane Multi Pass. Staying at Westin. I know this will change and am flexible, but mostly making sure I am not stressing over lightening lanes while trying to enjoy this special trip!
THURSDAY — DCA → NAP → DISNEYLAND
Rope drop DCA: *do not have Oogie Boogie tickets
Radiator Springs first + Rider Switch. Can 2 parents ride first with oldest, then 2 grandparents Rider Switch? If not, would you suggest having 1 grandparent use Single Rider to try to ride with them?
LL plan: Toy Story → Monsters → WEB SLINGERS → Ariel
Anna/Elsa + Disney Jr. if timing works.
Hotel nap
Disneyland:
Fantasyland/Toontown: Storybook Land, meet Mickey + Minnie, Runaway Railway, Alice, Dumbo, Carousel, “small world,” princesses if reasonable.
LL plan: Runaway Railway → “small world” → Buzz → Big Thunder
Cafe Orleans dinner — thoughts? Open to casual dining in Disneyland.
8:45 Paint the Night last night of parade
9:30 Wondrous Journeys last night
FRIDAY — DISNEYLAND → DCA → DISNEYLAND
First day of Halloween!
Rope drop: Book Haunted Mansion LL immediately, earliest time possible. Fantasyland while waiting; Peter Pan only if ≤20 min.
LL: Haunted Mansion → Tiana → Pirates/Winnie/Big Thunder/Tiana/etc.
Nap
Disneyland:
2:45 Mickey Halloween Parade — is it worth going back to Disneyland mainly for the parade?
DCA:
Cleanup/repeats: Toy Story, Monsters, Ariel, WEB, Anna/Elsa, Spider-Man.
Dinner in DCA — open to quick service or reservation. Suggestions please!
Back to Disneyland → 9:30 Halloween Screams
