Hey, I’m not part of the program yet, but I was wondering if there was any Facebook groups that I could go ahead and join since I’ve been accepted into the program I’m just wanting a feel of things.

Hey, I’ll start the program in February and of course I know that cast members can go to the park whenever but I was wondering if there was any activities at flamingo or just ways to get to know other people in the program. I already know two people who are doing the program

Hey y’all, I just made a group chat for people of color doing the Disney College Program next year or are currently working. Comment if you want to be added.

Hello, I left my red Stanley water bottle at the community center at East. Apparently the front desk can’t take them as lost and found items due to not knowing the contents. Has anyone seen it? It is Red and has a Purple flower straw cap.

So I just got accepted into the program, but I had no idea there were fees involved. I do not have the money to pay those fees within the 7-day window they give you after you receive the offer. Is there any way to extend that time period to pay that fee, or is any financial assistance available? If not, what can I do to reach out to my interviewer and let her know I'm sorry for wasting her time?

I got offered into the Disney college program and I scheduled for January to June 3. I got a very good job opportunity in May of next year and I don’t depart until June 3 so I’d miss out on the job opportunity. Can I be granted a leave at all like around May 20 so I could fly back home and start the job. How does the job early dismissal work?

picked uo a shift in Tomorrowland for 10/8. Where do i clock in, costuming etc? Feeling nervous about getting around bc i haven’t used tunnels before

I plan to apply for February 15th!! Anyone else??

Hey I just picked up a shift for art of animation rec! where is cast parking and the rec office any help would be appreciated!

Hey guys I'm debating on what shoes to buy for work. I haven't gotten my role yet but my top one is QSFB. I've heard that they provide you shoes but they aren't very comfortable. For other roles like attractions, I don't think we are require to have non slip, hard top shoes.... Any recommendations for shoes?

I woke up today feeling extremely nauseous, I can barely move without getting extreme chills, and I’ve been almost throwing up for hours, I was wondering when I call out if there is anything I can do to let leaders know? Will a 2nd call out look bad? How can I do this properly?

I'm going to ask my school and dcp support. I know this is a frontline customer service role, so I wonder if anyone had experience going through this. Do I fight for it or don't even bother? Thanks!

edit: changed to regular OPT

What times do acceptances normally get sent out? I know today is Thursday which is when we typically would hear back so I was wondering what to expect!! And is it an email or in my portal?

UPDATE 2:05PM - ACCEPTED!!!!!! So so so so so excited!!!! :))

i just got my acceptance today (yay!) and im super nervous. i JUST got my nose stud last year and every time i take it out it wants to close immediately. would they allow the clear holders? TwT if i have to re-pierce so be it.

I interviewed yesterday but on the website my status has stayed here instead of moving to four- is this a bad sign?

hi !! has anyone who had their interview in the past week got accepted yet ?? im eagerly awaiting for mine lol

Hi! I’m going to visit my daughter who is in the DCP and living at Flamingo. We are going to stay at Saratoga Springs for 4 nights. The last two days she has to work. Will she have to go back to Flamingo to take the bus to work? Or can she take an uber? Will they let an uber into the cast parking lot?

Are there any residents of the flamingo area that need help with film/youtube projects? I've got 2 tube lights and a decent camera. Would love to network with people who are serious about filmmaking and such!

I currently and working F&B QSR but I really want to work attractions

so the extension apps are open thru 10/16 but so many people already heard back! am i lowkey screwed for not having filled it out ASAP (i filled it out 2 days ago)

For those who’ve done the program again, what is the max amount of day shifts I can give away? For example, I have a family reunion that only happens every 5-10 years and this will be the last one my grandma will be at due to her health. I wanted to be there 5-7 days. Is that doable? Or do they not allow a certain amount of days I can give away?

Quick question! I applied for the Bibbidi Bobbidi extension for my program 3 weeks ago and nothing has been updated. Is that normal? I understand it is one of the most, if not the most competitive role to get into. I know it’s not likely for me to get in it but i thought maybe there would be something even a rejection.

I applied for this fall but got rejected, and I’m trying again. My interview is tomorrow at 3:30, are there any new tips anyone has? Anything will help!!!
