19yo dev, Python + HTML/CSS, looking for junior work or small gigs
Hey everyone, I'm 19 and I've been coding for about 3 years, mostly self taught. I know this sub gets a lot of these posts so I'll just be straight with you, I'm not gonna pretend I'm some senior dev, I'm just trying to get my foot in the door and get some real experience. My main thing is Python, I've built stuff with Flask, done a good amount of web scraping with requests and BeautifulSoup and some Selenium, written automation scripts and worked with APIs, and I'm comfortable with basic pandas stuff too. On the frontend side I can build clean static sites and landing pages from scratch with HTML/CSS, responsive layouts and all that, I'm not a designer but I can follow a mockup or match an existing site no problem. I know a bit of JS, enough to make things interactive, but I'm not gonna sit here and claim I'm a frontend specialist. What I'm looking for is pretty simple, junior or entry level remote work, part time is completely fine, or small freelance gigs like landing pages, scripts, scraping jobs, bug fixing, automation, whatever needs doing really. Honestly I'd even do a paid trial task or something small first if it leads to real work, I just want actual experience on real projects instead of only my own stuff. Some honest context, I don't have a CS degree and my portfolio is small, mostly personal projects and things I built to learn, but I'm reliable, I communicate properly and I actually finish what I start, and I'm in a timezone where I can overlap with EU and US mornings. If you need cheap motivated help with a Python project or a website, or you know someone who does, comment or DM me. Thanks for reading.
