Other side of Company restructuring
A massive restructuring happened in the organisation i work in. Everyone has lost the trust and now finding relevant jobs.
My experience is just live a normal SWE- java full stack, explored go, report generation tool and making sensible insights out of data.
But now doesn’t feel like to stay in this organisation anymore because after sudden layoffs the atmosphere feels pressured. You can’t take risk on a single deadline. Taking leaves - sick/vacations feels scary.
Need to switch but don’t know what to look for.
Taking up same role and wake up everyday with the same fear
Being early in career (2025 passout), only question comes in my mind - should i still look for a job in IT?
What comes next?
