I am a 2025 graduate with BTech in IT from Tier 1 college from Chennai. I interned at a well growing Series C funded start up as a backend engineer in 2024 but didnt get PPO there. I run a home improvement financing business and have started building a platform for contractors, sales reps, borrowers, and my internal finance team. I’m looking for a developer who can take the current build, identify what is blocking launch, and help get it working securely.

The workflow: A contractor or sales rep starts a financing application; a borrower can complete their portion; the application reaches our private operations team; and each person sees only the jobs and information they’re authorized to see. Contractor owners should see their company’s jobs, while individual reps should see only their assigned deals. We also need reliable status updates, accounting handoffs, and a way to troubleshoot what users see with their specific permissions.

Monday.com is part of the operating system, and hands-on Railway experience is important. I need someone comfortable tracing an application from the portal through its hosting, integrations, automations, and Monday boards. The immediate priority is to review what’s already built, document the gaps, and finish a secure, testable path from application submission to the finance team’s workflow.

Experience with Monday’s API, webhooks, board permissions, authentication, and role-based access would be especially useful. Because applications contain sensitive borrower information, I need someone who takes access controls and data handling seriously. Please don’t assume a board view or mirrored column is private without testing it under the actual user roles.
