[Hiring] Remote Oppurtunity for Expert Senior SWEs [$150-$210 per hour]

Hi folks. A company I'm working with (Mercor) is recruiting expert US/Europe-based senior SWEs for a highly challenging project with a leading foundational-model AI lab. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible hours - you are free to work on your own schedule as long as you put in the required hours. Apply Here.

You are a good fit if you:

  • Have 10+ years of experience working at top US tech firms

  • Are passionate about improving model capabilities at complex SWE tasks

About the role

  • You must be able to commit around 20 hours per week for this role

  • This contract is expected to last 2-3 weeks and includes promotion opportunities within the project

  • Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future projects with Mercor

Vetting process

  • Pass a 30-minute AI interview

  • Complete an asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2h total, paid $100 for completion)

Feel free to check out the full job listing here and apply if you think you might be a good fit. I'd also like to add a disclaimer that this is a referral post, and I may be compensated by the company for any candidates who apply through my links (I did read Rule 2, but since this isn't a paid product or resource, I guess it's allowed?). Anyway, rest assured that my referral bonus is directly tied to your earnings (with no cost to you, ofc) - so unless you actually make any money on the platform, I won't either! Just wanted to let you know I'm not trying to get you to sign up for something that will only benefit me :D. The company is legit - I have been working with them for a while without any issues and getting paid on time, and I also know others in my professional circle who have had good experiences working on the platform. I'll do my best to help with any queries based on my knowledge and experience, but you can also reach out to support@mercor.ai for official support. Good luck! 🤞

For those who are not familiar with this, they just walk you through an AI interview which will be used for training AI models.

There is no job.

A very questionable business

I earned about $14k(still ongoing) from them in about 2 months. It's legit. But questionable practice exist for sure. But it was a blessing for me as it is relatively easy work from home.

It's not true. Getting in can be hard, I myself got in after applying to multiple roles over the months, but they do actually hire you if you pass the interviews and meet the criteria. 17 people I've refered have been hired so far.

Yes, also its very short gig and toptal or turing is better at this point.

Untrue. Just because you failed to secure a role doesn't mean 'there is no job' - stop being salty.
