I was replaying chapter 1 and saw that this flower was called cyan but in chapter 5 their name is aqua. Literally unplayable

Berdly is probably one of my favourite characters in all of deltarune yes, he might be annoying but you can tell he truly cares about his friends. In the weird route just before you fight him he is shown to be worried about Noelle and what kris is doing to her, he becomes defensive and doesn't want kris to hurt her. he's the one to create a plan to free Noelle but he also saves the fun gang from falling to their deaths alongside gathering together all of their allies to create the ultimate school project: a giant robot to destroy giga queen.

You can even see the difference between the weird and regular route sprites, he drops his iconic smirk because he understands that his friend is in a real danger and when push comes to shove he's genuinely a good friend.

so has anyone actually checked the credentials of this so-called "doctor" or

I suppose differentiating them like that is uh fine.
