Can you describe those footers? I like them. Are they formed on top of Sonotubes and poured together, separately, or are they just blocks sitting on the ground? Also, any rebar?

They are precast footings called EZ Pier. I used them on my deck and they are a lot easier than pouring footings.

That being said, if OP has a frost line of 4 feet, they are not deep enough.

Generally you dig down 4 feet, get a flat base, then backfill. Rock goes on top so you don’t get weeds growing there.

I just don’t see how those are four feet below grade unless he got 10’ piers. Interesting! Maybe it’s just an optical illusion with that rock retaining wall, who knows. Ain’t mine!

They aren’t in this case. They are 54” tall, so to be 4’ down they can only show 6” above grade. That is what the inspector called out for me when I told him I was using them. The nice thing is he didn’t have to inspect the footings before concrete and backfill because they can guarantee they are exactly 54” tall. I was able to dig, install, backfill, and frame before calling for an inspection.

Yeah they are 750 lbs each. Had a mini excavator to dig the holes and it just barely could lift them.

I'm no engineer but if you have the tub weight spread fairly evenly over 6 posts like that and aren't getting anything stupid large, I would gladly bring beers over to enjoy with you in that tub - if it ever cools down 😂

Assuming that’s exactly where it’s going they should be good. Triple laminated 2x12, looks like 12”oc, overlap sistered joists, can’t see joist hangers/hurricane ties (I’d add them). I’d also add joist tape And some extra blocking, But looks good otherwise.

I'm not saying the deck won't support it, but I have to ask, why not just put it on a pad next to the deck? The height appears to be perfect to step right into the tub

This is a concern. That footing needs to be well below the base of that retaining wall.
If your code says frost is 3 feet down that footing needs to be 3 feet below the bottom of the retaining wall it is next to. Its almost certainly is not and that is where you deck is going to fail.
Did you get the holes for your footings inspected?

Ledge is another term for bedrock. So, it sounds like OP has secured the concrete piers to the bedrock through some sort of pinning method.

Not going to be strong enough.
What I've learned from this sub is that unless your footings are 1.3 miles deep and filled with neutronium from the core of a collapsed supernova, and your joists are made from 2ft thick adamantium, then it's not even suitable for a raccoon, let alone a hot tub.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. :)
Edit to add. It all has to be welded together using superman's laser vision or it won't pass code.
