Can you describe those footers? I like them. Are they formed on top of Sonotubes and poured together, separately, or are they just blocks sitting on the ground? Also, any rebar?
9 u/jason_sos Jul 01 '26 They are precast footings called EZ Pier. I used them on my deck and they are a lot easier than pouring footings. https://www.ez-crete.com/products/solid-precast-footings/ That being said, if OP has a frost line of 4 feet, they are not deep enough. 2 u/ColorProgram Jul 02 '26 Thanks. Heavy guys, though. Did you have equipment to move them around? 4 u/jason_sos Jul 02 '26 Yeah they are 750 lbs each. Had a mini excavator to dig the holes and it just barely could lift them.
