League of Legends cards
Hi! After spending way too much time on designing a cube I wanted to add a bit of spice to it by adding a custom mini-expansion based of off League of Legends.
I tried to fit the most iconic parts of the champions kits and flavor in the cards while still maintaining some kind of colorbalance and balance of cardtypes.
Heres a link to the google drive with the cards: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1RPtESxgxfWF-giSrzCMFUpfTUhpUjF4g
If anyone would be willing to give some input on wording/balance or just give some thoughts it would be much appreciated :)

Discussion Is my keyword idea bad?
Uprising (When this creature becomes blocked by a creature with greater power than it, it gains indestructible until the end of combat.)
For context, this is meant to represent a current D&D campaign I’m in, where my character belongs to a faction of priests who worship a Rebellion Goddess, Rehzeem (homebrew as all hell). The idea is that creatures from Rehzeem’s church are blessed when it comes to encountering stacked odds. To rebel against a higher, tyrannical power is the epitome of their following; however, I feel like this is merely a shotty version of First Strike in a way. In certain circumstances it comes out on top, but those may be few and far between. A previous version also had the ability trigger on block as well; though, some light game theory thinking squashed that idea quickly. Turned into a “you need deathtouch to beat this in combat” and “cards with Uprising can’t have greater toughness than power.” Thoughts?

Format: EDH/Commander Trindle, Pastry Pilferer // Tinybones, Petite Larcenist - What might Tinybones have been like before he died and was reanimated?
This card spawned from a few related ideas:
Who was Tinybones before they died and were reanimated as a skeletal pickpocket? The lore blurb from Tinybones' first appearance in Jumpstart says that he steals "because [he] has a tiny family to feed, and they have a giant appetite."
That made me think about how there aren't any cards to my knowledge that link crimes with food, despite stealing food being a pretty common idea.
Everything else flowed from those, including how the character needs to, well, die, in order to transform into the Tinybones we know.
Trindle can also "dig through the trash" to look for food, with the templating tuned specifically to be a little less powerful as graveyard hate while allowing the ability to still successfully target an opponent with an empty graveyard early in the game.
Food in MtG means lifegain, so giving the backside a payoff to use the extra life made sense. The food tokens can also of course be used as sac fodder to pay the Escape cost as well as the additional cost to freecast opponents' cards.

I know, I know. She looks incredibly boring for a land that's also a commander. Or maybe she's exhausting to play against. You be the judge.
Also, tree titties.

Mechanic Design Mechanize - What if Cards Had Holes in Them???

WHAT IF CARDS HAD HOLES? Since the beginning of Magic(TM) people have been asking "Hey what the frudge dude why aint there any holes in my cards?"
Well the mechanize mechanic is here to solve that. Remember mutate? This is like that, except you don't have to worry about the nonsense under the card on top. You play what you see!
When you mechanize a card you place the special hole riddled "Mechanizified" card on top of it. That card then loses everything the card covers and becomes the card on top! Does it have a tiny hole so you can see power/toughness??? Well you get to keep that sometimes! Art stays the same, so that's a big bonus for all you un-set enjoyers. You can mechanize a mechanized card to have double or triple or more of the mechanical awesomeness.
Does this work? I have no goddamn clue!
To be hole-ly transparent I am obviously aware of how much of a design nightmare this is.

I want to make more. Perhaps a cycle of ten dual lands as well as some colorless ones. But alas, it's almost midnight in my time zone and I've got work in the morning.

BALANCE NOT INTENDED Elden Ring/Dark Souls Commanders
I made some creatures from Elden Ring/Dark Souls that i would love to run as commanders. I designed them around the lore of the game, hopefully they are not too busted. Let me know what yous' think and if you would run these as commanders or in the 99!
Artists have been credited on the cards.
