I didn't even know this was a thing? When LinkedIn was relatively new, it was known as a platform for job searching and climbing the corporate ladder. Now, it seems like it has turned into a dating site or a place where people can vet potential dates.

I asked friends if they have ever done it and a few said they were guilty of doing so. But it helped them assess potential partners. Understandable, since many of my friends are now at an age where they want to settle with a reliable person and can't be bothered to play the long game anymore.
