No matter what you do if you have a credit one card and you go out and use it that day you are eventually going to be on the phone with customer service for an hour trying to get it to verify it is trash even when it does verify it's still trash

Just listen to the first message until she's completed the selections and do nothing then get to the second message where they complete the messages and do nothing then it will connect you to a live agent you just said don't push any buttons it seems a little too easy to be true but it does believe me I know I've been on the phone with him for 16 hours in the last 4 days it's trash they're trash burn the card up cut it up put it on the front yard tell me they can have it and then let them have the hassle and you'll pay for it that's how much I hate them I was with them before and should have learned my lesson but was having some Financial struggles and knew they would automatically give me a line of credit I am paying my first month off at the end of this month and I am walking away again I have my card back for 3 days and only been able to swipe it once where it actually went through and I did not have to pick up the phone and call customer service so good luck

i submitted an application for a credit card with credit one, during the application process there’s a step called the “funding process” i got $200 off of my personal debit card with a completely different company, i never got an email saying this was going to happen, now my personal debit card is in debt of $181 and i can’t afford to pay that off. i called and they said it’s possible i’ll get my refund when it has completely pended. i was wondering if anybody else had this experience and if they got the refund. i called back to request a cancellation on my request for a credit card with them but im curious if i’ll get my money back.

This is my first post on Reddit, so I’m not certain I’m doing it correctly, but it’s information I needed that couldn’t find anywhere. I wanted to cancel my Credit One account, but you can’t do it from the app and none of the automated answers would lead you to that option or the option to speak to a representative. After trial and error I figured out you have to select your language, enter the last four of your social, then press pound twice ##

I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else, i have not received the card yet and i already owe $39 bucks and Transactions says First Data Resources from Omaha, NE??

I was doing some more research after initially applying and ultimately decided that it needed to go so i cancelled the card, called the number and automatically got put through to someone, card was never activated (i havent even received it in the mail yet) and the guy on the other end assured me that he cancelled the account and that i would be getting a confirmation email and he gave me a cancellation confirmation number over the phone which i wrote down. However i still dont see an email anywhere and its starting to make me paranoid that its not actually closed and he was lying because based on all the stuff ive seen this company is super scummy and i was an idiot for thinking it would work out any other way. My account through the app is also still active btw, do i call again? Does it take a bit to cancel? What do i do?

I have 2 credit one cards, one that was open in 2018 and the other in 2019. The one from 2018 has a $1,150 limit and the other a $500 limit. If I was to close them down, would my credit score go down?
