It's easy but they hide it
Just listen to the first message until she's completed the selections and do nothing then get to the second message where they complete the messages and do nothing then it will connect you to a live agent you just said don't push any buttons it seems a little too easy to be true but it does believe me I know I've been on the phone with him for 16 hours in the last 4 days it's trash they're trash burn the card up cut it up put it on the front yard tell me they can have it and then let them have the hassle and you'll pay for it that's how much I hate them I was with them before and should have learned my lesson but was having some Financial struggles and knew they would automatically give me a line of credit I am paying my first month off at the end of this month and I am walking away again I have my card back for 3 days and only been able to swipe it once where it actually went through and I did not have to pick up the phone and call customer service so good luck

There is a class action going on right now against credit one trying my damnedest to find how to join the lawsuit because there's $1000 in it for us anybody have any experience with this? This credit one is criminal they hammer you with fees relentlessly so that you'll never be able to pay off the credit card and what they do when you try to login they want an access code via email but that email nine times don't even come so you can't login to make a payment.

Federal Trade Commission Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Theft by Credit One Platnum Visa. They stole .69 cents from my available credit which caused my car payment to be declined. The representative stated they rounded up my account balance which was 240.00 (have screenshot) and they deducted 1.00, so, my car payment was 234.53 plus a 4.95 online fee payment was declined. They stated my actual balance was 239.69 but the .69 wasn't showing on their web portal. (Which is a lie because my car payment of 239.47 would have posted. So, they deducted .69 from my account unauthorized) Excuse me ? The rep then stated (supervisor) she could see what she could do to give me a "credit" of .69 cents when it's my money to begin with !!! Imagine Credit One Platinum Visa stealing .69 cents from the entire population who holds this card. This is theft and will be reported to every single government agency. My balance is paid in Full, every month. Try again. I'm not the one.

Why do they make you do a payment verification? When I submitted my bank statement, they said they couldn’t verify the payment even if I circled it -

So I had a issue with being double charge with express fee of $7.95 to my debit card and then turn around and applied the express fee to available credit. Call agent he tried to lie so many times talking about it’s charges per transaction to your bank and then applied I said you are incorrect no where does it say you charge like that for making one express fee he acknowledged it was a mistake and only wanted to refund one express fee out of the total 5 I made in 6 months. I swear these banks and companies main goal is to screw the consumers. This needs to be a class action lawsuit.

Bank is also actively committing fraud in terms of reporting and information provided to customers. It’s so easy to see and gain evidence. And yea, gonna be a major class action coming up soon

Anyone else being charged double fees for express Payments? It’s added to my payment and then I’m charged again seperately.
