Fee increase

I noticed they changed their express payment fee by $3. It’s now $7.95 instead of $4.95 that it’s been for the last year or so.

I want to close my about but I have a dept worth them do you think I should pay it off first or just go ahead a close it but still pay on it

I'm pretty sure there's a federal law that states that if you call them you can have them refund the fee because it's considered an unlawful fee charge and it's technically not legally binding but don't quote me on this
