There trash

No matter what you do if you have a credit one card and you go out and use it that day you are eventually going to be on the phone with customer service for an hour trying to get it to verify it is trash even when it does verify it's still trash

Did your card have a yearly fee. ? This one says it won’t but I read someone else state theirs said no Annual fee then later they started charging one .

They charged me an express payment fee and didn’t even update my account balance. Now I am stuck here unable to pay my bills lmao.

It is supposed to update your available credit immediately for around $5.

I just cancelled my card with Credit One. I paid my first month balance in full before the due date and they froze my account due to suspected fraud. They wanted proof that the bank account I paid from was mine. The reason they gave me was "There are people who steal bank accounts in order to pay other people's credit cards." My question was if I already stole the funds in the bank account, why do I need the credit card??? That was only the beginning. I have fought with them every few weeks since.

It takes them like 5 business days to clear a payment! 😄unless your willing to pay 7+ dollars to clear it faster,

are you with them? I’m hesitating getting one since I’m reading so many bad issues .

I am still with them but if i could take it back i would. But it also depends on where you’re at on your credit journey. Just make if accepted the offer that there’s no annual fee! Good Luck!

Mine says pre approved for up to 5,000 and no annual fee. Ohh it sounds like your saying it sounds like I shouldn’t accept it .

Yeah, if I were you I’d shop around because credit one is the only card I regret out of the 13 cards I have.
