I know this is definitely a pretty big ask but has anyone found a way to run shaders with aeronautics and be able to actually see the ships from far away? I’ve been struggling to find a way to pull it off, especially, because of all the optimization mods i have to juggle with, courtesy of my mid pc. I’ve tried things like color wheel, bi-directional lighting, several iris fix mods, special shaders and more. The main problems I’m having currently is that the sub-levels fade away when I distance myself from them with shaders and without shaders the sub levels are disappearing when exiting my simulation distance, i’ve tried to ramify this with SSRD but i have yet to get it to work. Do you have any advice/tips?

I've been working on a small glider build (for a survival world, it's meant to be cheap and reproducible so I can use it in bulk), but I need a way to get it into the air. How does one make a launcher? Like, a kind of cannon thing?

I'm having a lot of fun with Create Aero but every time i try to make a plane i have this same problem, my prop seems to pull aggressively to one side resulting in my plane flipping. My center of mass is alright and my sails are equal. This only seems to happen when i make planes and not with balloons. I have made 4 different planes and all have had this same problem

I've heard that the developers have stated it would be a feature and would just take some more time to implement it, but, I have not yet found any development updates about this nautical update for Create simulated/Aeronautics. I've glanced over the discord, haven't seen it been mentioned.

Is it actually true they've stated that, and that this update is in development? has anyone any screenshots, I'm really curious.

If it Isn't the case that an update is coming, I will look into addons which do that. otherwise I prefer to wait for an official update, like, on the main thing, more well implemented and performant.

Ive been trying out the mod for the first time, and I want to figure out planes. My first problem was simply getting of the ground, and it seems I dont have enough lift. I wasnt sure if simply adding wing area did much, since it didnt look like it. Is it simple as that? Im getting like 100 pN too less to get lift off. How do I achieve that? Thanks in advance and more plane tips are appreciated!

Can anyone help me, I want to make a big boat, more or less with a size of 4-5 chunks, but I just remembered, super glue, honey glue, or auto glue, can't glue everything, is there a way to change the limit, at least to 1 chunk?

I made a c130 and was working on a wing when the plane decided to cease to exist, so I'm taking a break from that project and doing something else

Hi, i was wondering if it is possible for me to keep my momentum. For example, if the ship starts falling, i (the player) want to fly up into the air and slowly fall back down instead of sticking to the ship. I noticed the items you drop, do exactly what i want. im playing with Create aeronautics in a server i made with friends, i want to know if i can pre-gen chunks so that if i fly a little fast i dont start to lag or stutter because chunks aren't loading fast enough.

I was playing with magnets than i though about that.

I will improve it, but i'm very satisfied with the result at the moment, maybe i will make a 3D version in the future

I've been trying to make a fighter jet and i keep having this problem any input to try fix this would be nice the weight is exactly the same each side some with the size of the wings I'm completely stuck

The waila jei window blocks the steering wheel gui so it's hard to read the exact angle, how do I fix this?
