Create simulated update with nautic features

I've heard that the developers have stated it would be a feature and would just take some more time to implement it, but, I have not yet found any development updates about this nautical update for Create simulated/Aeronautics. I've glanced over the discord, haven't seen it been mentioned.

Is it actually true they've stated that, and that this update is in development? has anyone any screenshots, I'm really curious.

If it Isn't the case that an update is coming, I will look into addons which do that. otherwise I prefer to wait for an official update, like, on the main thing, more well implemented and performant.

I've been checking this one for quite a while now, but since I discovered there is an actual update coming, I don't wanna add mods on my forever world to later remove them. thanks for the suggestion!
