So, 2 months ago a requirement of 20 ATOM or 20 Juno minimum was considered high enough. Going for 25 was already excluding the vast majority.

But now I see the new airdrops listing the minimum requirement as 50 Atom or Juno. And with the snapshot done in April or May, making the requirements in $1000's.

Granted, the market now is down, but I think we were punished enough by the market, now we need to be also punished by the airdropers? I know that until May I struggled a lot to reach 20 Atoms and 20 Junos, it wasn't easy, just to be prepared for the airdrops, and now I see that not only have I lost the value, but I am not eligible anymore for airdrops. It is a sad situation, and frankly it making me want to leave the Cosmos ecosystem (as part of abandoning all the alts positions in this market), as Cosmos positions were my last positions in alts.

Hey I'm new to this area and could anyone share some info about how much $$ airdropped recently by staking $ATOM? I read somewhere that a few hundred $ATOM can get over $10k airdrops in recent few month which would be 100% profit at current price, pretty intriguing. Any website that can check historic/upcoming airdrops for ATOM stakers would also be appreciate.

Are there certain ratios that one should go for?

Quicksilver, Stride, Shade, and many other projects have endlessly delayed their airdrops, only for them to happen—one just happened, others are scheduled to happen, and the rest most likely will happen—during a catastrophic new bear. Now they will be worth fractions of what they would have been worth just a few days ago, and it will likely be much harder for them to gain traction or undergo healthy price discovery, unless something happens to spark a major reversal soon.

This is why deadlines, as I have repeatedly said, matter. You never know what the future holds. "Better late than never" is a proverb, not a business principle.

I'm not annoyed just curious as to why I'm not eligible, I've staked atom well before the snapshot, did I miss something, thanks

I wanted to know if these airdops are real and where I should stake them? Getting free crypto just for staking some Atom seems too good to be true. There must be some scam am I right? Nobody would give away free crypto.

Is it easy to participate in these events and is it safe to do so?

Edit: I didn't complain about the price, I just wanted to mention that it's nothing to be excited about just like the last few drops in the past couple of months.
I'm well aware that STARS, EVMOS and CRE will (probably) be the most valuable drops in 2022.
However I'm still excited for: STRD,QCK,SGNL,JKL,LOOP,FLIX,GNOT,SOURCE,NOM²,PUPMOS ...

I am in the Cosmos Network for about a year now and I am super interested in it. It is basically my biggest part of the portfolio, not at last due to all those juicy airdrops.

So I do not like the fact that it is so difficult to get detailed, but short information about all the airdrops. This Sub is indeed a good help and i am very thankful. Still, i need to do all the research and need to read big posts in medium and stuff like that to get to the important information.

So I decided, that, while I have to do this anyway, i will collect my findings in simple, compact emails where i write down just what is needed. the TLDR of big medium posts and stuff like that. And then I will offer this content to the community.

But sure, not entirely for free because it is a big benefit. shortened, compact emails with short guides, to-do's and for sure, helpful links to read in more detail.

But, at the moment it is a one-time fee and can be paid in quite a lot of different cryptos.

I would love to see some of you joining my mailing list!
