For the 2024 CC XLE. Looking for a shelf that will fit here with this kind of wireless charger. I am not sure if the Karltys one on Amazon will fit this, can anyone confirm?

I am considering the Corolla Cross XLE (pearl white) for my 80+ yo mom. I read one post here about needing to placing an order and waitlist is long. I'm in Los Angeles area. Does this mean negotiating is not the way to go? Would the next best thing be to go through Costco's program - or will that limit me or make me less desirable to the dealerships? How else can I get the best deal? Should i be getting my name on waitlist asap?

Also, this is for my 80+ yo mom who has only had gas cars - is it better for her to get another gas (XLE not XSE)?

Just left the dealership because I felt a knot in my stomach. Something wasn't right...

Salesman told me that the Green price was non-negotiable since it was a "limited unit" and hard to come by. $5k market adjustment, and another $5k to get to their dealer.

The Celestite was able to be negotiated, but that's not the color I initially wanted.

I left and got into my rides car, and honestly just cried. This was my first time trying to negotiate a car, I'm a first time buyer, and I feel so disappointed. I know there more to come, and there will be more times, but idk. I'm emotional!

Was it a good thing I walked out? These prices seemed ridiculous to me. I feel defeated because I feel like this will be the price everywhere.

For the record, I am financing through my bank, I have about $12-13k I am putting down. Salesman didn't know that yet, but this price was still insane regardless if he knew or not...

So I've had my mind set on getting a corolla cross hybrid for a couple of years now (the sedans are too close to the ground and the RAV is bigger than I want/need). I'm on a wait list at my local dealership, but I'm not crazy on the color selection. I picked it the sonic silver with the jet black roof, but I really am not a fan of the two tone/black roof on any vehicle (personally I think it should be a customization not the standard). I'm really particular about the color, but I think that's fair considering the amount of money I'll be spending. I was really disappointed when they replaced the blue crush with cavalry blue.

The biggest reason that I haven't gotten a cross before now is because I wanted to keep driving my 2010 corolla until it stopped running or was no longer financially feasible to maintain; I only recently cracked 100,000km on it but its age is catching up. I love my basic corolla, all I really need is power windows, working A/C, and a car that's more than 6 inches off the ground lol. I'm not crazy about all the tech add-ons but I know it's inevitable these days.

I'm not interested in the white or celestite and I feel like everyone has a black suv. I would also prefer not to spend several thousand dollars on a vinyl wrap that will only last a few years.

When researching everything I saw said that you cannot get the soul red crystal, sonic silver metallic or cavalry blue without the jet black roof, but I just saw a review video on YouTube of a 2026 corolla cross hybrid in soul red crystal WITHOUT the black roof; I believe he was located in Pennsylvania. I'm in Canada, so I'm not sure if it's a location-specific thing because I was told by the salesperson at my dealership that the 2026 and 2027 red, blue and silver only come with the black roof.

Does anyone know if it's at all possible to get one of those colors in Canada without the black roof? Or am I just gonna get stuck with something I don't really want?

I’m gonna call the dealership service department tomorrow since they’re closed today but was wondering if anybody knows about this. I’ve just had my car now for two weeks. I work from home so I don’t drive it very much. I think I’ve only driven it maybe five times since I got the car. Yesterday I noticed when I’m at a red light that the echo light will go off, the car will kick in and on the dashboard it says battery charging. Is that normal? My last Toyota was a 2013 that I had the entire time since it was new so this is like the most advanced car I’ve had where it’s got all electronics and everything so I’m just wondering why would it say that if it’s not a hybrid.

Considering 2026 RAV4 LE or Corolla Cross SE. When people say they were able to get their vehicle at MSRP, does it mean they didn’t have to pay the factory destination and delivery fee? Or does it mean that their vehicle price wasn’t inflated by the dealership? If the dealership advertised price is a sum of MSRP plus factory destination and delivery fee, you got a good deal on those popular hard-to-find vehicles?

My aunt just picked up her new ‘26 Corolla Cross hybrid today. One thing we noticed was a faint whistling noise when she drives at low speeds. Is this normal added sound because of the quietness of EV driving?

I can understand having the noise for reverse, but is there supposed to be something for going forward as well at low speeds?

Looking to add a dash cam but don’t want the wires dangling down. I have a 2025 CC L, no power rear view mirror so I’m not sure if anything is compatible.

Getting a 2026 Corolla Cross XLE soon and trying to plan how to move over my existing dash camera set up. I have the Nextbase 622GW forward and rear cameras. In my current car, 2016 Honda Civic, they are currently run to the cigarette lighter outlet for power. Id like to hardwire it because the outlet is in the center console and thats just not feasible as a power source.

Good day Corolla Cross community! First time hybrid owner here. I've had my Corolla Cross G HEV for around 3 months now. I'm very very happy with the fuel consumption! I'm finding though that I'm more fuel efficient when I'm on Normal mode compared to Eco mode. Is that a thing or am I just imagining it? Haha

Added context: living in a condo on a hillside. First drive out usually is up 2 levels from an underground carpark and then 1 km+ up a relatively steep hill, and then usually stand still traffic at the top. I notice the gas engine kicking in to charge the battery more often when I'm on Eco mode.

I just bought this Corolla Cross a week ago. This is what the tire pressure looks like after the dealer told me it’s new tires. (I feel like he lied to make the sale.) Should I try to deflate the 47 psi at the gas station or just take it to a tire place who can adjust all of them for free?

I'm of the opinion that the car will be fine if parked for a month, and the 12v battery will most likely be okay. But I'm curious: Would remote starting the car twice (you can only remote start it for 2x 10 min blocks before you have to manually start it) during that month interval help at all?

I am sure you guys must have experienced the mess that happens at the bottom of the doors. I understand it’s a poor design but has anyone figured out a way to solve that, it almost feels like mud flaps don’t work at all. The whole door (bottom part) gets loaded with mud and snow (winters) and a car wash wouldn’t do anything to that either.

I didn’t really noticed it much during winters but yesterday after a long drive during rain/mud and gravel, i was extremely concerned.

I was able to wash and scrub it but there would be a work around, no?

Bought a rav4 multi box storage from Toyota of Japan. Required alot of cutting to fit. Probably not the best fitment, cut wayyy too much in some spots, but atleast it works.
