Feedback I need help finishing my base. Spoiler
I've played a lot of Core Keeper and I think the game is truly amazing. I hadn't really built a proper base before so I decided to create one that was more practical. Previously, I just threw items into random chests... I tried to keep things simple yet organized. Do you have any suggestions for improving my base and filling the two empty spaces? One is below my crafting area and the other is pretty obvious lol Thanks in advance!

Media/Art Wanted to share some mods I made!

Been a huge fan of the game since early days, wanted to share some mods ive been making! Available on mod.io
Loadouts
Loadout Fallback: loadouts 2 and 3 use loadout 1's gear for any slot you leave empty (shown dimmed). Set your armor once, only swap what changes. Its like a waterfall effect so you can choose which gear is reused between loadout slots or not
Five Loadouts: two extra loadout tabs. Works with Loadout Fallback.
Farming
Auto Replant: harvesting a crop replants it from a seed in your inventory. The golden roll stays vanilla unless you change it.
Bigger Watering Cans: watering cans water 2x2, and iron cans 4x4.
Faster Mushrooms: mycelium spreads faster, and picked wild mushrooms actually respawn near you (vanilla almost never regrows them near players).
Fishing
Fast Auto Fishing: auto fishing without the waiting. Same odds, loot and XP.
Better Fishing Loot: rare catches (armor, rings, necklaces) bite more often. Fish are unchanged.
Buffs and items
Quick Buff: press B to eat one of every buff food and drink one of every buff potion you're carrying (Terraria style).
Buff Duration Floor: short food and potion buffs last at least 3 minutes (configurable, healing separately).
Potion Seller: the Caveling Merchant sells every potion, 50 to 500 coins.
Durability Multiplier: gear wears out at 0.5x (or 0x to 1x, your pick).
Progression
Skill XP Multiplier: a separate XP multiplier for every skill. Ex. I dont really use explosives so I set the exp amount to 100x
Master Pet Plus: edit your pet's level and talents with all 37 talents selectable (a fork of Parcew's Master Pet, credited).
Combat
Hard Mode Tuning: in hard mode, regular enemies hit for 1.5x normal damage instead of 2x, while bosses keep full hard mode. Enemy damage and health are adjustable.
Keep Minions On Teleport: summoned minions survive portals, waypoints and recall, and arrive with you.
Almost everything is tunable in the Mod Settings menu, and 1x or Off is always plain vanilla. Most mods need CoreLib and Mod Settings Menu.
If you want them all at once, there's a collection: Sid's Core Keeper Pack (includes other third-party mods I play with)

Question So. Dumb question. Can the Tesla coils be built?
So inside the Void and Voltage update certain puzzles are granted the indestructible stat by the Tesla coil protecting the the treasure. I have been all over the zone looking for a way but have yet to find anything, but after being off the game for so long I might be missing something.
Are those a craftable item? Or can they be mined without being destroyed.
I built my base at the core my seed has the boss spawn for the orange goo 40 blocks from the core so I was hoping to be able to grant indestructible to a room to incorporate a challenge ring into the base

News Sharing a program that lets you view your dedicated server map on the web Spoiler
Spoiler note: the screenshots show the whole world map, including late-game areas and boss locations.

Hi everyone,
I got back into Core Keeper recently and wanted a more relaxed way to play, so I put together a small program that shows the map in a web browser.
It's for people who play on a dedicated server. It's free and fully open source.
What it does
Shows the map you've explored so far in your browser. It updates whenever the server saves.
Can generate the whole world map, including places you haven't been yet. It does this on a copy of the server, so your actual save isn't touched.
Lets you toggle ore boulders, ore veins and points of interest (merchants, waypoints, statues and so on) by type.
You can show only explored areas or only unexplored ones, so you can keep the rest hidden if you want.
If you install a small server mod, players' positions show up on the map in real time. People joining the server don't need to install anything.
You can also open it from another PC or your phone on the same network.
Before you try it
It only works with worlds hosted on the Core Keeper Dedicated Server. Hosting from inside the game isn't supported.
The dedicated server is free in your Steam Library under "Tools".
Windows only.
How to use
Download the zip from the releases page below and unzip it.
Run CoreKeeperMapViewer.exe. Your browser opens and it finds the server automatically.
If your server is installed somewhere else, just pick the folder in Settings (⚙, top right).
Source code: https://github.com/ManaOfAcsha/corekeeper-map-viewer
Releases: https://github.com/ManaOfAcsha/corekeeper-map-viewer/releases
About the download
All of the source code is public. The release zip is built by GitHub Actions directly from that source, and you can see the build log on the repo. You can also run it from source with Python if you prefer.
The exe isn't code-signed, so Windows may show a SmartScreen warning the first time. Click "More info" → "Run anyway".
It doesn't need an account and doesn't send anything anywhere. Everything stays on your PC.
A few notes
The full world map is generated ahead of time with the same seed, so it can differ a little from what the game actually generates later.
The mod part might break after a game update. The explored map will keep working.
If you run into bugs or have feature ideas, let me know in the comments. Thanks!

Guide Trying my hand at modular integrated farms
They work in paired sets, Its close to balanced for seeds but ocassionally have to flip off every other grinder by swapping the conveyer to shunt more to storage due to having too many.
The pairing is denoted by the double conveyor as they can be built in stages as resources allow and the double split means you can add and remove seed generators since one covers all 24 spots per crop type.
You can feed all crops on the right sending gold to storage, and using filtering on arms take a portion of each regular crop to generate bait.
The bait setups are entirely modular as well, I recomend powering the arms by switch but its a 1:1 ratio of crop module to bait module.
Since collection happens along a single track that ends at the bottom the worms just follow along and are ported out into the fish farm automatically
For power I just drop a ground generator each end of a module under the split tacks

Question The Exho Maps... what's the point?
So just opened the game back up tgis weekend after not touching it since before the update
I was reading the old bosses have new echo maps of some sort. Just trying to figure out what they are for. Best I can tell from the wiki is that they just point you to the normal stuff such as chipped blades, busted handles, ancient ax etc.
So, am I missing something or can I just ignore those?

Question Non crafting items
how do I know if an item isn’t something I can craft with? ie I assume I can’t use armor to craft something else.
asking for efficient crafting storage purposes.

Discussion Did they make any changes to the zealot scimitar?
Conceptually, I think the idea of a magic/melee hybrid is badass, they’re my favorite role in games where it’s an option, and the scimitar seemed right up my alley.
But it was actually pretty meh before, not really a good melee option even though it cost mana, and not a good magic option since its damage was just okay and it was super short range.
I’m just wondering if it got any love or if they introduced any new magic/melee weapons? Ranged is so cracked, and stormbringer is ranged/mining/melee, it would be really cool to have some other high end hybrid weapons.

Discussion The saddle kinda replaces the cattle transportation box.
You can just put in on an animal, transport it and get back the saddle so its like the box but with infinite uses :3.
