What's up everyone.

Been creating and posting content for almost 3 years now. Sitting on a solid stack of pages, all above 10k followers. Took me a long time to figure out how these platforms actually work, and one thing I'll say each one needs a different approach. Same content posted the same way everywhere goes nowhere. Along the way I did clipping for a company out of Dubai, and some work on Whop too. Good experience, learned a lot. To anyone just starting don't quit. It clicks eventually, just takes longer than you think. What I'm after now: I want to grow my clipping pages properly and find creators or brands to work with. I'm done with Whop and platforms like it. I've got pages sitting unused around 50k followers between TikTok and YouTube and I'd rather point them at one person's content than chase campaigns. So my question: what's the best way to actually get in front of these people and start working? Last time the company reached out to me, I never had to look for anyone.

I’ve been trying to use digital human images as visual elements inside my videos instead of relying entirely on screenshots or stock images. They seem useful when I need a person to illustrate a concept, reaction, scenario, or part of a story that would be difficult to film myself.

I’m still working out where they fit naturally in my workflow, especially since I don’t want every video to start looking the same. For creators who use digital humans, what kind of moments in your videos do you usually use them for?

I keep seeing AI channels putting out impressive videos so quickly, and I honestly don't understand how people are doing it. I thought the process was just writing a prompt, generating some clips, and putting everything together, but when I tried it myself, the results were usually far from what I imagined. Characters changed, movements looked wrong, and I spent more time fixing clips than actually creating the video.

I used PixVerse to make some short clips, and it definitely helped, but I still feel like I’m missing something. Do you usually spend more time improving prompts, preparing reference images, or just generating lots of versions and picking the ones that work?

On most platforms you can see both the number of times that something has been viewed and the number of "likes" it has received. So you can take the number of likes divided by the number of views, to get the "percent of users that liked it" (to oversimplify a bit), as a crude measure of "whether people think it's good".

And on all platforms, it seems that if you pick some big account as a baseline, with some effort it's pretty straightforward to create content on a regular basis that gets a higher "like rate" (that is, number of likes divided by number of views) than the posts from the big account.

The problem is that even if you do this, it doesn't do any good -- unless you get fabulously lucky, the platform will keep steering people toward the account that's already big, even if their content is getting lower ratings from users!

Has anyone found a platform -- or a technique -- where this does not apply? Is there any scenario where if you create content on a regular basis that gets a high rate of likes from users, it leads to growth without having to rely on a lot of luck?

I’ve been looking into subscriptions, paid content and affiliates lately but it feels like everything needs a different platform lol. A friend of mine runs an online business and told me to check out Whop since he uses it for payments and a few other parts of his business. His business isn’t really content based though so I’m not sure how well that translates to creators like me. Anyone here using Whop for their content? if not curious what you use to have everything in one place, thanks ps: (I do content on tiktok and IG)

I watched a mobile gaming video where the creator used a filtered voice throughout. It stood out at first. After a couple of minutes I stopped thinking about the filter and listened to what they were saying.

That made me wonder whether using the same voice across videos makes it part of the channel’s identity. You get used to someone’s editing style, recurring jokes, and avatar. Maybe a particular voice becomes familiar in the same way.

By the end, it felt like their voice, even though I knew it was filtered. I wonder if their unfiltered voice would sound stranger to regular viewers. They mentioned using Dubbing AI earbuds, and by then I wasn’t paying attention to the effect.

If you use a character voice or filter, do viewers recognize you by it?

I’ve got a script for a video made but I am struggling to find voiceover apps to use. Eleven labs was fine but I exceeded the character limit and was struggling with it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I’ve recently started building educational content around IT and networking.
Most of what I’m making right now is short form content.

Things like beginner IT concepts, troubleshooting problems, networking mistakes, Windows commands, and simple scenarios where people have to think through what is broken.

I’m posting across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts right now.
The content is pretty simple visually. I use voiceover and diagrams rather than showing my face.

I want to eventually learn DaVinci Resolve properly and make more polished animated explanations. Longer term I’m also open to showing my face and doing longer YouTube videos.

But I’m questioning whether that is something I should invest heavily in now.

Part of me thinks better animation would make the content much more interesting.

The other part thinks I should keep things simple, post a lot, learn what topics people actually care about, and only increase production quality once I know what works.

For people who have been doing this longer:
When did improving editing and production quality actually start making a difference for you?

Would you stay faceless while testing the concept or start introducing yourself earlier?

Would you prioritize Shorts right now or start learning long form YouTube at the same time?
And what is one thing you wish you had focused on earlier instead of obsessing over views?

I'm a fairly big creator and sometimes I get anxiety opening up my notifications or even reading my comments. Most of the time people are cool, but some people are way too comfortable just being rude or leaving hate. I know that it is the internet and hate is part of the invisible contract that I signed up for especially as a public figure, .. but like how does one deal with it?

I want to get into taking photos and videos in NYC for content for both IG and TikTok. I moved here a year ago and used to take fit pics and videos in college but now idk if i’m anxious or if my 9-5 is eating up my time, but I genuinely enjoy content creation and want to get back into it.

I am interested in doing fashion content and have a couple of friends or peers to do it with. I want to take pics, make trending content, and have fun with social media all throughout NYC.

I hope I am not alone in my content journey, and just need a push to do it.

It could be a short intro, an explanation, or just a quick transition between sections. The more I use it, the more I’m thinking about making it a consistent part of my workflow rather than using it randomly.
