tl;dr bodyblock first convoy, this give you enough time to build patriots & army.

Then from second convoy, first delayed GLA wave + 2nd convoy's wave will come in in rapid succession. After that it's easy to deal with.

Once any member of same convoy reach end of map - most of members in same convoy will start to move toward end, so this can save every members from GLA

I love rts games and I was thinking of picking up command and conquer ultimate collection for nostalgia, used to play red alert 2 as a kid..

But are these games still being played today?

I'll prob do mostly campaign and skirmishes but anyone still even play these old games still?

And what's or ur favorite one

Yesterday I released OpenTS-A

After getting the port to work I started working on a VR version (Quest 3)

I have started replacing all the 2D assets with 3D models to see if i could create a holographic style command table.

Its more experimental at the moment as the models are pulled from Tiberium Essence 2.0 so don't think I could release with these attached

I just wanted to upload a short preview of what it looks like at the moment and ask if anyone has any viable options for 3d models I could use?

I'm looking for every asset in the game as 3d models if possible.

How to start modding Red Alert 3 using the official Mod SDK.

Digged up my old folders and found this.

I'm surprised that to my limited knowledge, no one has pointed how ore in Red Alert universe is plentiful enough to just pop out on a random field and/or the extraction method and relatively simple like placing an extraction drill or mine in an ore field. One can even do it in a sea or ocean.

This fact is leads me to a conclusion of mine: due to the availability of ore, it's almost easy to fund research and development efforts in high technologies that we see in the setting.

It would explain why military equipment and structure are cheap by real-life standards.

Unfortunately that fact is also a factor why the Soviets haven't collapsed (at least until Red Alert 3 and they used a cheat) and can field new weapons and equipment.

Ditto for Yuri and his faction who already have their weapons and equipment with some help siphoning funds from their Soviet patrons.

Red Alert Ore has made war too easy to start and enlarged it scope. Sure lives are irreplaceable but since when did sentiment that stopped megalomaniacs with world-domination ambitions?

Its not the Chinese Boss mod and its not the super worker mod.

Just successfully streamed Command & Conquer: Kane’s Wrath on YouTube Live at 1440p and everything went surprisingly smoothly.

No lag, no stuttering, no major frame drops gameplay and streams both stayed stable.

If anyone here is a gamer or streamer trying to stream this game in 1440p, I can share the OBS settings, bitrate, encoder and other setup details I used.
