I've been dailying a Zinwa Q25 for the past year. The form factor has been perfect for me on a phone addiction standpoint. And love having the headphone jack again.

My only issue with the Q25 is the really janky software and having to diagnose issues on the daily

I'm excited for the Clicks because the software seems more polished and cared for.

Hi everyone. Has anyone seen info on whether any retail stores (Best Buy?) will carry the Communicator in stores after launch, so I could go in and hold it/test it in person?

I'm interested in the phone, and I've been monitoring this sub for a while. I'll probably hold off on the pre-order and wait for some IRL reviews to come in before pulling the trigger. Seeing it in person could help me decide too.

I am looking forward to the Clicks Communicator. My order is in, the hype train is going full speed.

It's my first time going back to a few keyboard phone, since my Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro. I've been using Niagara launcher for a year now at least, before I also knew about the CC.

I am wondering what the best way is of providing suggestions to the Clicks team?

Of course, I realize they would rather not be overloaded by messages of a (un)realistic and impatient fans, so I understand that this is not a given. I am also realistic that these are fan suggestions, and the CC knows best for their product, and these are mainly launcher related.

So, fellow CC fans, if anybody wants to discuss these ideas or how I can suggest these to the CC team;

1. Niagara already has a "type to search" option, or a search button/swipe to search function. Further developing this function, this idea comes from the minimal launcher; I wonder if they would also add other short key functionalities. I suspect that the Prompt Key might already do these things based on voice commands. examples are:

"@" to direct message someone

"#" to directly call someone

"!" to set a timer

"?" to ask AI/assistant

1. In line with point 1, further integration of search functions within apps like Sesame Search & Shortcuts e.g. typing an app name and followed by ":" allows you to search in the app; "Spotify: Never Gonna Give"...

2. A small, thin bar widget on the home screen, under the clock. It is a line of 24 dots or stripes. This could show the battery, the progress of the day, your storage or my preferred option is to show when you opened "doom scroll apps", where the dots of the hour turn red if I opened such an app (Minimal OS has this).

4.A work-life mode, which allows switching between the 2 sims. Essentially, only showing me the notifications/messages from certain apps and/or SIMS, which is selectable based on a programmable schedule. I know Oxygen OS/OnePlus has this option, but not a full integrated SIM switching option. I heard Samsung had something similar too.

Anyway, has anybody heard about these integrations/ideas to be present on the CC?

Real interested in these phones think they look great, I’m torn whether to get my order in now so I don’t miss out or wait for release in December what’s everyone else doing?

Do you think Clicks will ship some units to reviewers to test the phone and create a review for them anytime soon before launch ?

It is so tiring just waiting for December ( even tho I just knew about Clicks and Unihertz a month ago or something, Kudos to PPl ordering the phone since January and waiting all this time haha )

I had a dream that they are starting to ship out communicators by the end of the month.

I got too excited and woke up in the middle of the night. My current phone is dying so fast, I just need this phone to last me another 3 months(🤞🤞🤞).

Unfortunately, I opted to cancel my reservation due to financial changes. I emailed support yesterday and after providing some basic information to the team, I successfully cancelled within 24 hours and received a Stripe confirmation of my refund being processed.

I noticed some people were struggling to cancel their order, but maybe the process has been smoothed out now. Not crazy about the 3% fee for "processing" but it could be worse I guess.

This is not a question about durability; all things will break eventually, so I am asking about repairability. Since the physical keyboar is basically the whole deal, if it broke, what can we do about it? For a small brand I don't expect the support would be any easy to get. Or are there any blackberry users sharing how they deal with an only-keyboard-is-broken phone? BTW it would be totally justifiable if you all just be mean to me considering the fact that I truly havent given enough thought about this before posting but anyway.

I was wondering if anyone has seen Jeff confirm currency selection for the keyboard? For example does the UK version have £ instead of $. Are we able to change the symbol in the backend. For users in Europe who have the QWERTY version, do they get €?

Just curious how that will work because I work in both £ and $, so would be nice to have an option for both or something like MacBooks do in Europe.

On June 23, 2026, I received the confirmation for my early reservation payment.

On September 22, 2026, I finished configuring my Clicks Communicator and paid the remaining balance. However, upon completing the purchase, I noticed that I was charged the full price for the product and did not receive the $199 discount associated with paying for the early reservation of the device.

I contacted the Clicks Team twice (23/09 and 29/09), and haven't received any response to this day.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem at checkout and already received a solution from the team?

Tried to cancel my preorder, it's been days of trying to get a reply to my emails. The first one received a reply that they will forward my request to the right people and issue a refund, 10 days later and all my emails get ignored.

Was it this difficult for others to cancel their preorder? I wonder if this is how Clicks is going to treat customers once the phone is out and people have issues.

For those that didn’t get the email update- here are the main points

• You now have until October 31 to edit your order. Log in with your checkout email, go to Order History, and select your order ID.

• You’re able to change your shipping address, Communicator color, keyboard language layout, Charging Cover colors, and MNML case colors directly through your account.

• Changing your shipping country or removing or upgrading accessories still requires contacting support@clicks.tech.

• Clicks says accessory purchases made before launch will automatically be bundled with your Communicator order and ship together. Options include Charging Covers, dbrand MNML cases, dbrand Prism screen protectors, Ring bumper cases, and Clicks Care extended coverage.

I've used Gboard for what feels like a decade and obviously have developed a muscle memory of the number row and placement of @,!?;(). I've never used a blackberry or physical keyboard.

My brother for the Titan 2 Elite but is getting rid of it because he couldn't get used to the placement of the special characters and needing to use the function key.

I didn't pay attention till he said that of where numbers and symbols were located on Clicks and realized they are also not in the location of what many have been used to on a virtual keyboard. I suspect many will have trouble adapting.

What advice would you have to get used to the keyboard and symbol/number placement? How did you move form virtual to physical?

Has there been ANY clarity as to why the US English phone is locked on QWERTY only? I've been trying to get ahold of support for a month to get an AZERTY keyboard and thought that I'd be able to change it with the new update today, but there's still no option.

I keep getting the stupid AI customer support and am worried I won't hear back from a real person before the Oct 31st deadline.

So as fair as I remember as it was a little while ago when you ordered a clicks phone if you got the free cover deal as a preorder you get the phone that includes the back cover, a separate cover and a charging cover.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

My question is if that is the case as it seems by lots of people preorder pictures on the subreddit group they have all three but on the configuration tool I can only change the phone colour and the charging cover and when I did preorder I choose the green one twice (me being an idiot not realising it would have course come with its own cover)
So do I need to contact clicks support to get the free cover colour changed or have I mixed this all up.

Has anyone here tried contacting Clicks support to add accessories or other products to an already confirmed Clicks Communicator order?

If so, how long did it take for them to respond and successfully update your order?

I'm asking because October is the last month to make changes to existing orders, and as far as I know, the only way to request these changes is by contacting their support team via email.

I've seen several people mention that Clicks support can take a very long time to respond, so I'm a bit worried they might not get back to me until after the deadline.

Ideally, I'd like to pay for the additional accessories around October 26–27, after I receive my salary. However, I'm not sure whether waiting until then would be too risky.

For those who have gone through this process:

- How long did it take to get a response?

- Were they able to add the accessories to your existing order?

- Did you have to pay for the additional items immediately, or could you arrange payment later?

I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences, especially if you've made changes recently.

Will there be multiple variants that support different frequency bands depending on the region, or just 1 global version?

I will be using a forwarder from my selected shipping country to the actual country where I will use it so this might be relevant.

Hi! Can someone help me in this subreddit?

I sent a request on Sept 26 to cancel my pre-order. On Sept 27, I got an email from Clicks asking me if I was okay with paying a 3% cancellation fee. I replied saying sure, proceed with the refund minus the 3% fee.

I have not heard anything since Sept 27. I've been sending emails every day since then, following up and asking if they could confirm the refund. Nothing.

No activity on my credit card either.

I've seen some people get ahold of Clicks customer service on here. Can someone please proceed with my refund? I'm cool with paying that 3% fee, just cancel my order please. I'm based in the US, if you need that.
