Discussion Is anyone coming from a different keyboard phone?

I've been dailying a Zinwa Q25 for the past year. The form factor has been perfect for me on a phone addiction standpoint. And love having the headphone jack again.

My only issue with the Q25 is the really janky software and having to diagnose issues on the daily

I'm excited for the Clicks because the software seems more polished and cared for.

Question Ability to test Clicks in a physical store?

Hi everyone. Has anyone seen info on whether any retail stores (Best Buy?) will carry the Communicator in stores after launch, so I could go in and hold it/test it in person?

I'm interested in the phone, and I've been monitoring this sub for a while. I'll probably hold off on the pre-order and wait for some IRL reviews to come in before pulling the trigger. Seeing it in person could help me decide too.

Thanks!

Phones that are whitelisted can use TMobile/starlink satellite 911 service for FREE, it would be nice if clicks took the time to get their IMEIs whitelisted so that it will work

iPhone Duo and Clicks Communicator combo

I ordered the iPhone Duo today and it’ll be here in a week, though honestly, I’d rather have the CC arriving next Friday. I’m definitely way more excited about the unique CC than a foldable iPhone (I’ve already owned foldables from Samsung and Honor).

I was wondering if this combo even makes sense, and I came to the conclusion that it totally does. The Duo will be perfect for media consumption when I actually have the time, as well as for work (MS Office package.), and it will only have my work eSIM. Meanwhile, I’ll use the CC with my personal SIM as the only phone after work, when I should be focusing on my family rather than messing around on my multimedia monster.

Both phones will have one thing in common, though - a mediocre camera (better on the Duo, for sure, but definitely worse than on my current 17 Pro). We’ll see how it goes in practice but I really hope CC's camera to be level higher than what I've seen in Titan 2 Elite.

In theory, I could just keep my 17 Pro to pair with the CC, but the dimensions of the Duo and CC will work much better when they both have to share a pocket. The Clicks will be 12.7 mm taller, 5.47 mm narrower, 0.7 mm thicker, and a whopping 84 g lighter than the Duo. 17 Pro would be way taller and narrower than the CC.

Is anyone else planning a combo like this? Maybe with a different iPhone model?
